العنف ضد المرأة في الفضــاء الرقمــي

الملخص

يهدف البحث الى الوقوف على أشكال العنف الرقمي التي تتعرض له المرأة ،والأسباب المؤدية لذلك ،أيضاً معرفة الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية لجرائم العنف الرقمي ضد المرأة وانعكاسها على المجتمع، وصولاً إلى حلول تحد من ظاهرة العنف الرقمي .

ان العصر الحالي شهد نسق في التواصل العالمي لم  تعهده الإنسانية من قبل، وهذا من خلال شبكات الاتصال والتواصل الرقمي التي أضحت حاليا عديدة ومتعددة تجاوزت في تطبيقاتها الحدود والمسافات بين الاشخاص... هذا التطور الهائل  والسريع في التواصل الرقمي بين الأفراد والجماعات الذي هو في الحقيقة  رسالة إنسانية تسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف معينة وواضحة من خلال المساهمة  في نقل المعلومة بسرعة ودون تكلفة أو جهد ما يسمح للطرف الآخر  بالإعلام وبالتالي  التفاعل و الاستجابة بالمقابل نلاحظ أنه في أغلب الحالات يؤدي هذا التواصل إلى خطاب الكراهيه وصدام وعنف لفظي من خلال سب وشتم وقذف وجرح لا نهاية له، ونشر مقاطع فيديوهات وصور إما حقيقية أو تم التعديل فيها بغرض إلحاق الضرر بصاحبها وغيرها من ممارسات... هذا العنف الديجيتالي ما هو إلا امتداد للعنف المنتشر في الواقع،  بحكم أن العامل الافتراضي لا يشكل فضاءً منعزلاً عن العامل ألواقعي وقد يذهب إلى درجة أن هذه الخلافات  والشجارات تمتد وتتصاعد إلى المستويات الشخصية بين الأفراد، والأخطر من ذلك بحكم  ظروف هذا التواصل نجد عدم القدرة على التفاهم والتصالح في أغلب الحالات .... لهذا ركزت الباحثة على هذا الموضوع من خلال طرح المشكلة،نظراً لأهميته ومحاولة للإسهام في علاجها من خلال بعض الحلول والمقترحات التي تساعد على التقليل منها،بدءًا بتحديد المشكلة ،أهدافها،أهميتها،وتحديد المصطلحات والمفاهيم الواردة فيه.كما تم تناول مظاهر العنف الرقمي ،انواعه، العوامل المتعلقة بالعنف الرقمي ضد المرأة،آثاره . وصولاً لوضع حلول ومقترحات تمثلت في استراتيجيات القضاء على العنف الرقمي ، مع استنتاجات وتوصيات الباحثة .

The manifestations of digital violence and its types were also addressed. Factors related to digital violence against women and its effects. In order to develop solutions and proposals, including strategies to eliminate digital violence, with the researcher’s conclusions and recommendations.
