تطبيق نظريات الخدمة الاجتماعية في مجال الرعايــة الاجتماعيـة للمسنيــن

الملخص

for the elderly, which is one of the areas of social service, the importance of applying the theories of the individual's service, which are the analytical and interpretative theories of social problems that the individual is exposed to after his age and getting retired from the job. Considering that the researcher has taught social service in the field of the elderly in the academic year (2008-2009) in the Department of Social Work, Tripoli University, in addition to conducting research studies on the problems of the elderly in the local community, Tripoli, and by supervising the students of field training in the nursing home of the elderly and the disabled in Tripoli - Libya. And ambitious to contribute to the enrichment of the local library in social work, with experiences related to Libyan society. And the importance of this is for learners and practitioners in this humanitarian field. It refers to the importance of teaching theories of the method of serving the individual in social service in analyzing and interpreting the problems of the stages of retirement from work, which are defined as a professional and humanitarian phenomenon whose sacred rights guarantee covenants, treaties, security legislation and local and international laws. It is worth mentioning that the social service profession is concerned with people who suffer from problems that require the humanitarian community to provide therapeutic assistance. The programs provide development care throughout the work period, as stipulated in local and international laws and legislation. The research aims to identify the most important social theories that explain the problems of retirement from work in the way the individual is served.

Social theories in the way of working with individuals explaining the problems of retirement from work include crisis theory and focus on tasks, contribute to the interpretation and propose remedial steps. The stages of social problems may begin with the end of the period of work and retirement for some people. The theory of personality patterns may explain the most used methods in the case study in the way the individual is served. The hypotheses of withdrawal or separation theory, which explains the cessation of government work and the cessation of giving orders and tasks or working to implement them contribute. And everything that is used to it in daily career before the start of the career retirement phase.

          The importance of applying social theories in social work in the field of social welfare for the elderly indicates the importance of teaching social work in the way the individual is served and the use of the case study method because of the importance of looking at the personal differences of retirees from work who may be exposed to economic problems that hinder psychological and social performance. And I came up with the following facts:

               يضاف هذا الجهد العلمي الى  مجال الرعاية الاجتماعية للمسنين وهو أحد مجالات الخدمة الاجتماعية ويشير الي أهمية تطبيق نظريات خدمة الفرد، وهى  النظريات التحليلية والتفسيرية لمشكلات اجتماعية يتعرض لها الفرد بعد تقدمه فى العمر، وحصوله على التقاعد من الوظيفة .

و باعتبار ان الباحثة قد قامت بتعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية فى مجال المسنين فى العام الدراسي(2008م-2009م) وبالإضافة إلى أجراء دراسات بحثية عن مشكلات المسنين فى دار المسنين والعجزة، ومن خلال القيام بالأشراف على طلبة التدريب الميداني فى دار المسنين والعجزة فى طرابلس –ليبيا. وطموحا فى المساهمة في أثراء المكتبة المحلية فى الخدمة الاجتماعية، بدراسات  تتعلق  بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمسنين في المجتمع الليبي.

       يشير البحث الى أهمية تعليم نظريات طريقة خدمة الفرد فى الخدمة الاجتماعية للمساعدة في تحليل وتفسير مشكلات مراحل التقاعد عن العمل ، والتي تعرف بانها، ظاهرة مهنية وإنسانية تكفل حقوقها المقدسة المواثيق والمعاهدات والتشريعات الضمانية والقوانين المحلية والدولية.  والجدير بالذكر ان مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية العمالية، تهتم بالأشخاص الذين يصابون بمشكلات وتفرض على المجتمع الإنساني تقديم المساعدات علاجية. وتقدم البرامج الخدمية كما تنص القوانين والتشريعات المحلية والدولية .

     يهدف البحث الي تحديد أهم النظريات الاجتماعية المفسرة مشكلات التقاعد عن العمل فى طريقة  خدمة الفرد.التي من شأنها التخفيف من حدة تأثير انخفاض الدخل على المتقاعد وأسرته. ومن هذه النظريات الاجتماعية فى طريقة خدمة الفرد والمفسرة لمشكلات التقاعد عن العمل "نظرية الانفصال والانسحاب " والتى تضاف الي نظرية الأزمة و نموذج التركيز علي المهام  فى تفسير وتحليل  المشكلات الذاتية، وتقترح الخطوات العلاجية لمراحل المشكلات الاجتماعية الى قد تبدأ مع انتهاء فترة العمل ،وبدأ مرحلة التقاعد( الانفصال عن الوظيفة) 

تشير أهمية تطبيق النظريات الاجتماعية فى الخدمة الاجتماعية فى مجال الرعاية الاجتماعية للمسنين الى أهمية تعليم تطبيق مهارات طريقة خدمة الفرد، واستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة  لأهمية اعتبار الفروق الشخصية للمتقاعدين عن العمل الذين قد يتعرضون للمشكلات اقتصادية تعيق الأداء النفسي والاجتماعي .وتوصلت الي الحقائق التالية:

• أهمية تعليم النظريات الاجتماعية فى طريقة خدمة الفرد.
• أهمية تطوير خطط العمل فى مكاتب خدمة اجتماعية بمؤسسة الضمان والتضامن الاجتماعي .
