تناولت الدراسة المعـرفـة العـلميـة وقواعد المنهج العلمي حيث استهدف تحقيق الأهداف التالية: تحديد مفهوم المعرفة العلمية والمنهج العلمي، -أهداف المعرفة العلمية -معرفة القواعد المنهجية التي تؤسس عليها المعرفة العلمية. -معرفة الخطوات التي يسلكها الباحث في دراسة الظاهرة -وأهمية التنظيمات المهنية في دعم الباحثين مستخدما في ذلك المنهج التاريخي وأن حدود الدراسة تمثلت في أمهات الكتب والمراجع ذات العلاقة بالعلم ومناهج البحث العلمي، وجاءت الخلاصة التي تؤكد على أن المعرفة العلمية تستند إلى قواعد المنهج العلمي والتفكير الاستدلالي أما التجارب الذاتية والآراء الفلسفية، على الرغم من قيمتها، لا تستطيع وحدها تأسيس معرفة علمية معروفة، وأن عدم اتباع القواعد العلمية قد يؤدي إلى نتائج غير موثوق بها، وهذا له تأثير سلبي على الباحث ويضعه في موقف غير مرغوب فيه مع المؤسسات العلمية. لذلك، يجب على الباحثين الالتزام بالمنهج العلمي لضمان مصداقيتهم وانتمائهم إلى المجتمع العلمي.
The study addressed scientific knowledge and the rules of the scientific method, aiming to achieve the following objectives: defining the concept of scientific knowledge and the scientific method, identifying the objectives of scientific knowledge, understanding the methodological foundations upon which scientific knowledge is based, identifying the steps a researcher takes in studying phenomena, and understanding the importance of professional organizations in supporting researchers. The study utilized the historical method and was limited to primary books and references related to science and research methods. The conclusion emphasized that scientific knowledge is based on the rules of the scientific method and deductive reasoning. Personal experiences and philosophical opinions, despite their value, cannot independently establish recognized scientific knowledge. Failure to adhere to scientific principles can lead to unreliable results, negatively impacting the researcher and placing them in an undesirable position with scientific institutions. Therefore, researchers must adhere to the scientific method to ensure their credibility and membership in the scientific community.
