أثر علم الحديث النبوي في ضبط الخطاب الإعلامي

Abstract

     تُعدُّ هذه الدراسة من الدراسات البينية بين علوم الحديث وعلم الإعلام، لما لها من ارتباط وتقاطع في بعض المسائل، فعلم الحديث من العلوم التي تحوي قوانين يُضبط بها نقل الأخبار، والكشف عن الإسناد وأنه من الدين، فيشمل ذلك التفتيش عن الناقين ومعرفة أحوالهم جرحا وتعديلا، ومعرفة صيغ التحمُّل والأداء التي استعملوها في نقلهم للأخبار، كما تبين جهود علماء الحديث في وضع القواعد التي تميز الصحيح من السقيم من الأخبار، بدءاً من معرفة الراوي اسماً ونسباً وبلداً وشيوخاً وتلاميذاً وكتباً، وكيف سمع، وكيف روى، كل ذلك وفق منهج علمي رصينٍ، فكُشفت من خلال هذا المنهج الأحاديث الموضوعة الباطلة التي روَّجها الوضَّاعون والقُصاص على مختلف مشاربهم وتعدد أغراضهم. وعملِت الدراسة على توظيف هذا المنهج في ضبط الأخبار الإعلامية، والتحقق منها، ومعرفة مصادرها وبيان محتواها. وقبول الصحيح منها ودفع الشائعات عنها. وأظهرت الدراسة أهمية معرفة وسائل التواصل الحديثية، وكيفية نقلها للأخبار، ومدى موضوعيتها في ذلك، وأن ضبط الحركة الإخبارية في وسائل التواصل المختلفة وفق منهج نقاد الحديث من شأنه أن يقلل من الفوضى في التعامل مع الكم الهائل من المعلومات. وأنه لا بد من مراعاة المعايير الأخلاقية في الجانب الإعلامي، وتفعيل المواثيق الأخلاقية المهنية، من خلال التحلي بالصدق والشفافية وعدم ترويج الشائعات، والتوعية الشاملة حولها، وعدم الاستعجال في نشر الأخبار دون تمحيص وثبُّت، حتى لا ينتج عن ذلك بلبلة وتشويش للرأي العام.

This study is one of the interface studies between the sciences of hadith and the science of information, because of its connection and intersection in some issues. Knowing the formulas of tolerance and performance that they used in their transmission of the news, as shown by the efforts of the hadith scholars in setting the rules that distinguish the correct from the sick from the news, starting with knowing the narrator by name, lineage, country, sheikhs students and books, and how he heard, and how he narrated, all according to a sober scientific method, through this approach, the fales fabricated hadiths that the fabricators and retribution propagated to their various walks and multiple purposes were revealed. The study worked on employing this approach in controlling media news, verifying it, knowing its sources, and clarifying its content. And accept the correct ones and push the rumors about them.

     The study showed the importance of knowing the modern means of communication, how they transmit news, and the extent of their objectivity in that, and that controlling the news movement in the various means of communication according to the approach of the hadith critics would reduce the chaos in dealing with the huge amount of information.

     And that it is necessary to observe ethical standards on the media side, and to activate professional ethical charters, by being honest and transparent and not spreading rumors, and comprehensive awareness about it, and not rushing to publish news without scrutiny and verification, so as not to result in confusion and confusion of public opinion.
