This article examines the various types of linguistic borrowings in the Amazigh language, focusing on their implications for the translation process. Three main types of borrowings are identified: integrated borrowings, deviated borrowings, and xenisms. Each type is analyzed in detail, highlighting its characteristics and impact on translation. The article also explores different translation approaches, such as internal borrowing, loan translation, and neologism, examining how these strategies are used to overcome challenges in translating into the Amazigh language. Lastly, the article raises questions about regional hierarchy in the internal borrowing process and the need for institutional neology to address lexical gaps.
