تعتبر المواقع الالكترونية سواء للمؤسسات الحكومية او المدنية او المنظمات من أهم القنوات التي يلجأ اليها الافراد للحصول على الخدمات والاخبار، ومن هنا تسعى كل مؤسسة الي انشاء مواقع الكترونية خاصة بها وتهتم بشكل ومحتوى موقعها، لانه أصبح واجهة من واجهات المؤسسة بالنسبة للجمهور الداخلي والخارجي.

من خلال اهتمام الباحث بموضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية، وجد أنه من الضروري دراسة أهم المنظمات التي لها علاقة بموضوع الهجرة خاصة في بلدي ليبيا. ومن هنا اتجه الباحث لدراسة المنظمة الدولية للهجرة باعتبار أن لها فرع داخل ليبيا، وقد حدد الباحث بحكم تخصصه أن يدرس الاخبار المنشورة بموقع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، حيث صاغ الباحث مشكلته في التساؤل التالي (ما الاتجاهات المتضمنة للأخبار المتعلقة بليبيا والمنشورة في موقع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة؟).

من خلال دراسته التحليلية على عينة من الاخبار توصل الباحث الي عدة نتائج مهمة منها: أن حوالي خمس الاخبار المنشورة في الموقع بشكل عام تهتم بقضايا الهجرة في ليبيا، وأن المساعدات الإنسانية والبرامج المشتركة من أكثر الجوانب الني نالت اهتمام أخبار الموقع، كما أن الأسباب السياسية من أكثر أسباب تفاقم قضية الهجرة، وهناك نسبة كبيرة من الاخبار كان اتجاهها سلبي نحو ليبيا، ونصف الاخبار تعرض وجهة نظر واحدة فقط.

Websites, whether for governmental or civil institutions or organizations, are considered one of the most important channels that individuals resort to obtain services and news. Hence, every institution seeks to create its own websites and is concerned with the form and content of its site, because it has become one of the institution’s interfaces for internal and external audiences.            

Through the researcher's interest in the issue of illegal immigration, he found it necessary to study the most important organizations related to the issue of immigration, especially in my country, Libya. Hence, the researcher headed to study the International Organization for Migration, considering that it has a branch inside Libya. The researcher determined, by virtue of his specialization, to study the news published on the International Organization for Migration’s website. The researcher formulated his problem in the following question. What are the trends included in the news related to Libya   published on the International Organization for Migration’s website?

Through his analytical study on a sample of news, the researcher reached several important results, including: that about a fifth of the news published on the site in general is concerned with immigration issues in Libya, and that humanitarian aid and joint programs are among the aspects that most received attention from the site’s news. Also, the political reasons is the most important reason for the exacerbation of the migration issue. In addition, there is a large percentage of the news was negatively directed towards Libya, and half of the news presented only one point of view
