التوعية الانتخابية في المواقع الإخبارية والصحف الالكترونية الليبية

الملخص

ملخص الدراسة:

   استهدفت دراسة الباحث التعرف على مدى اهتمام  المواقع الإخبارية والصحف الالكترونية الليبية بالموضوعات المتعلقة بالانتخابات، ومدى اهتمامها بوظيفة التوعية الانتخابية ونشر الوعي الانتخابي من خلال تناولها لموضوعات الانتخابات، وسعى الباحث للوصول إلى نتائج تحقق أهداف الدراسة باستخدام تحليل المضمون وهو من أساليب الدراسات المسحية التي تندرج ضمن تصنيفات المنهج الوصفي، وتم تحليل مضمون موقع إيوان الإخباري وصحيفة المرصد الالكترونية في الفترة من 1/12/2023م إلى 28/2/2024م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن الموقع والصحيفة يعتمدان على الخبر الصحفي والتقرير الصحفي في تناولهما للموضوعات المتعلقة بالانتخابات وبالتالي غابت وظيفة النوعية والتثقيف وهي وظيفة يحتاجها المواطن الليبي باعتبار أن الانتخابات تعد تجربة جديدة لشريحة الشباب، وقد غلبت وظيفة الإخبار على الموقع والصحيفة وهذه نتيجة متوقعة طالما أن الفنون الصحفية الأخرى غابت عنهما كالمقال الصحفي والتحقيق الصحفي والمقابلة الصحفية.

 Study summary:

   The researcher's study aimed to identify the extent of interest of Libyan news websites and electronic newspapers in topics related to elections, and the extent of their interest in the function of electoral awareness and spreading electoral awareness through their treatment of election topics. The researcher sought to reach results that achieve the objectives of the study by using content analysis, which is one of the methods of survey studies that falls within classifications. The descriptive approach, and the content of the Iwan news website and the electronic newspaper Al-Marsad was analyzed in the period from 12/1/2023 to 2/28/2024.

   The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the website and the newspaper depend on the press news and the press report in their treatment of topics related to the elections, and thus the function of quality and education was absent, which is a function that the Libyan citizen needs, given that the elections are a new experience for the youth segment. The news function has dominated the website and the newspaper, and this is an expected result. As long as they were absent from other journalistic arts, such as the newspaper article, the journalistic investigation, and the journalistic interview
