تزايدت أهمية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل عام والفيس بوك خاصة نتيجة لتأثيرها في المشهد السياسي وترسيخ البناء المعرفي والإدراكي للمتلقين، غير أن توظيفها سلبياً يؤدي إلى تظليل الرأي العام وزيادة الفجوة الاجتماعية والسياسية خاصة عندما يتعلق ذلك بملف المصالحة الوطنية التي بدورها تُحقق العدالة الانتقالية والتحول السياسي.
وارتكز هذا البحث على تحليل وفهم تأثير الخطاب السياسي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي على المصالحة الوطنية في ليبيا من خلال استخدام تحليل الخطاب الذي يستهدف البحث والتقصي لمضامين الخطاب السياسي للصفحة الرسمية لبعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبيا باعتبارها لها دور محوري في المشهد السياسي الليبي.
وتبرز الأهمية العلمية لهذا البحث كونه يركز على تأثير الخطاب السياسي في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية على الفيس بوك على المصالحة الوطنية نتيجة لما تُمثله هذه الصفحات من تأثير على الرأي العام المحلي والدولي.
واعتمد هذا البحث على نظرية الحتمية التكنولوجية عبر بعدين للتحليل وهما النص والسياق، من خلال عرض نماذج تطبيقية منشورة على صفحة البعثة فيما يتعلق بالمصالحة الوطنية في الفترة الواقعة من 1_يناير 2024 إلى 31_ ديسمبر2024.
وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على آليات الخطاب السياسي للصفحة الرسمية لبعثة الأمم المتحدة والوقوف على مدى تأثير هذا الخطاب على تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، ومدى استخدامها للألفاظ والمصطلحات التي تُقرب وجهات النظر بين الفرقاء السياسيين في ليبيا تحقيقاً للعدالة الانتقالية والمصالحة الوطنية.

Research summary:

The importance of social media sites in general and Facebook in particular is increasing as a result of their influence on the political scene and the consolidation of the creativity industry and awareness of indoctrination, and not employing them directly leads to misleading public opinion and a social and political culture, especially when it comes to a national commercial file that is still achieving transitional justice and political transformation.

This research is based on analyzing and understanding the impact of the political discourse of social media platforms on national interests in Libya by using discourse analysis that aims to research and investigate the contents of the Yemeni discourse of the official page of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, as its role is pivotal in the Libyan scene.

The importance of this scientific research is highlighted as it participates in the impact of political discourse on official social media platforms on Facebook on national interests as a result of the impact these pages represent on local public opinion.

We rely on this research on the theory of class determinism through two dimensions of analysis, the second text and context, by presenting applied models published on a page that seeks to address national interests in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

The research aims to identify the history of the boutique discourse of the official page of the United Nations Mission and to determine the extent of the impact of this discourse on achieving national interests, and the extent of its use of words and terms that seek to see the view between the political parties in Libya to achieve transitional justice and national reconciliation.
