رؤية مستقبلية للتعليم الإعلامي بالجامعات الليبية بين تحديات أسباب تردي وضعف جودة التكوين وسبل تخطيها

 ملخص البحث:

 الجامعات لها دور كبير في تنمية المجتمع، فهي المؤسسات التعليمية الموكل إليها مسؤولية تكوين وإعداد الإطارات المهنية في المجالات المختلفة ،لسد احتياجات مؤسسات المجتمع المهنية ،ونتيجة لتطور الممارسة المهنية ،فإن التأهيل الأكاديمي يحتاج إلى مواكبة هذه التغييرات ،حتى يتمكن من إعداد المخرجات القادرة على تلبية احتياجات المؤسسات بسوق العمل.

ومما لا يمكن إغفاله ضرورة تشخيص ما تواجه الجامعات الليبية ،من أسباب تردي وضعف جودة  التكوين ،من بينها تزايد الاهتمام بالكم دون الكيف ،ودولة ليبيا من الدول المغاربية التي عرفت تدني في جودة تكوين المستويات التعليمية ،وعجزت في تحقيق الفعالية  في العملية التكوينية ،وقصور في تحقيق الوظائف الأساسية للجامعات ،ممّا يطرح هذا الوضع تحديّاً كبيراً أمام صانعي السياسات التعليمية ،وأضحت مسألة إصلاح التعليم العالي بإعادة النظر في الاستراتيجيات التكوينية للتعليم العالي ،أكثر ضرورة للتمشي مع التغييرات ومتطلبات التطور التكنولوجي .

 مما يحتم ضرورة تشخيص ما تواجه الجامعات الليبية ،من أسباب تردي وضعف جودة  التكوين ،من بينها تزايد الاهتمام بالكم دون الكيف ،ودولة ليبيا من الدول المغاربية التي عرفت تدني في جودة تكوين المستويات التعليمية ،وعجزت في تحقيق الفعالية  في العملية التكوينية ،وقصور في تحقيق الوظائف الأساسية للجامعات ،ممّا يطرح هذا الوضع تحديّاً كبيراً أمام صانعي السياسات التعليمية ،وأضحت مسألة إصلاح التعليم العالي بإعادة النظر في الاستراتيجيات التكوينية للتعليم العالي ،أكثر ضرورة للتمشي مع التغييرات ومتطلبات التطور التكنولوجي .

ولعله من المفيد إنّ نؤكد بأنَ هذا البحث يهتم بدراسة واقع التعليم الإعلامي بالجامعات الليبية ،ومن خلال القراءة الأولية لتتبع الباحث مسألة تشخيص وقراءة هذا الواقع ،بحيث لاحظ أنّه بعد التوسع الملحوظ بفتح العديد من المؤسسات التعليمية التي تتولى التعليم الإعلامي بدون التركيز على متطلبات ومعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة ،ومن هنا تظهر أهمية هذا البحث في الكشف عن تحديات وأسباب وتردي وضعف جودة التكوين للتعليم الإعلامي بالجامعات الليبية ،وسبل تخطي هذه الصعوبات والعراقيل لتحقيق الجودة، ثم تقديم رؤية مستقبلية للتعليم الإعلامي بالجامعات الليبية .

  Abstract:

 Universities have a major role in the development of society, as they are educational institutions entrusted with the responsibility of forming and preparing professional frameworks in various fields, to meet the needs of professional community institutions, and as a result of the development of professional practice, academic qualification needs to keep pace with these changes, in order to be able to prepare outputs that are able to meet Institutional needs in the labor market.

It cannot be overlooked the necessity of diagnosing what Libyan universities are facing, of the reasons for the deterioration and poor quality of training, among them the increasing interest in quantity rather than quality, and the state of Libya is one of the Maghreb countries that has known a low quality in the formation of educational levels, and has been unable to achieve effectiveness in the training process, and deficiencies in education. Achieving the basic functions of universities, which poses this situation a major challenge for educational policy makers, and the issue of reforming higher education by reconsidering the formative strategies of higher education has become more necessary to keep pace with the changes and the requirements of technological development.

 Which necessitates the necessity of diagnosing what Libyan universities are facing, of the reasons for the deterioration and weakness of the quality of training, among them the increasing interest in quantity rather than quality, and the state of Libya is one of the Maghreb countries that has known a low quality in the formation of educational levels, and has been unable to achieve effectiveness in the training process, and shortcomings in achieving jobs This situation presents a major challenge to educational policy makers, and the issue of reforming higher education by reconsidering the formative strategies of higher education has become more necessary to keep pace with the changes and requirements of technological development.

Perhaps it is useful to emphasize that this research is concerned with studying the reality of media education in Libyan universities, and through the initial reading, the researcher traced the issue of diagnosing and reading this reality, so that he noticed that after the remarkable expansion of the opening of many educational institutions that undertake media education without focusing on the requirements and standards of quality management Hence, the importance of this research appears in revealing the challenges, causes, deterioration and weakness of the quality of training in media education in Libyan universities, and ways to overcome these difficulties and obstacles to achieve quality, and then provide a future vision for media education in Libyan universities
