التدريب في ضوء إدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي في ليبيا دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي وأساتذة جامعة بنغازي

الملخص

تتمحور أهداف البحث في إبراز معايير الجودة في تحسين المخرجات التعليمية، كما يهدف الي التأكيد على ربط الجودة بالجوانب التعليمية (الأكاديمية) والإدارية بشكل عملي من خلال أنماط التدريب وإعادة التأهيل والاطلاع على واقع التدريب وممارسته في جامعة بنغازي باعتباره أحد معايير الجودة الشاملة، بحيث، وقد قامت الباحثان من خلال هذه الدراسة وفي إطار هذه النوع من البحوث بوصف وتحليل واقع التدريب وممارسته في جامعة بنغازي باعتباره أحد معايير الجودة الشاملة. اتم لاعتماد من خلالها على منهج الدراسات المسحية تم الاعتماد علي  استبيان لاستطلاع أراء أساتذة جامعة بنغازي وموظفيها حول واقع التدريب وإعادة التأهيل في الجامعة، حيث توصلت اهم النتائج الي عدم منح الجامعة بنغازي لدورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين العاملين بها، كما توصلت النتائج الي عدم التحاق لأعضاء هيئة التدريس جامعة بنغازي بدورات تدريبية خارج ليبيا وهي نسبة مرتفعة جدا ومؤشر سلبي لعدم قيام جامعة بتطوير اساتذتها وعدم التزامها بالمعايير الدولية مما يؤثر بدوره علي جودة العملية التعلمية بالتعليم العالي في ليبيا وتوصلت أيضا الي دم التزام الجامعة بالمعايير الدولية لجودة التعليم العالي في ليبيا، واخير توصلت الي وجود عراقيل بنسب متقاربة جدا لعملية تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين الذي يعكس علي جودة أداء التعليم العالي في ليبيا.

   Abstract

The objectives  of the research revolve around highlighting quality standards in improving educational outcomes, and it also aims to emphasize linking quality with the educational (academic) and administrative aspects in a practical way through training and rehabilitation patterns and access to the reality of training and its practice at the University of Benghazi as one of the total quality standards, so that, through this study and within the framework of this type of research, the researchers described and analyzed the reality of training and its practice at the University of Benghazi as one of the total quality standards Completed to rely through it on the curriculum of survey studies was based on  a  questionnaire to survey  the opinions  of Benghazi University professors  and employees on the reality of training and rehabilitation at the university, where the most important results found that  the University of Benghazi did not grant training courses for faculty members and employees working in it, and the results also found that the University of Benghazi faculty members did not enroll in training courses outside Libya It is a very high percentage and a negative indicator of the university's failure to develop its professors and its non-compliance with international standards, which in turn affects the quality of the learning process in higher education in Libya and also reached  the blood of the university's commitment to international standards for the quality of higher education in Libya, and finally reached  the existence of obstacles in very close proportions to the process of training faculty members and staff, which reflects the quality of the performance of higher education in Libya.
