الملخص :
"الجانب النفسي والعقائدي لاستخدامات البرامج وآثارها على ثقافة الأطفال" يتناول هذا البحث التوسع الحاصل في عالم الإعلام الموجه للأطفال وانتشاره في المجتمعات المحلية دون مراعاة لخصوصية الطفل وما قد يترتب عليه من مخاطر وسلبيات قد تؤثر على سلوكه والتي قد لا تتوافق مع مفاهيم التربية والترفيه فهناك العديد من البرامج التي تعمل على معالجة الغرائز الطفولية في التلفاز وغيره من وسائل الإعلام والتي تسعى من خلالها إلى امتلاك المستقبل والسيطرة على طفل الغد .وتأتي أهمية البحث من معرفة كيفية التعامل مع البرامج ومحتوياتها وتحديد المسؤولية تجاه منشئها وكذلك الحد من سلوك العنف والعدوان المتزايد بعد التعرض لهذه البرامج وقد ركز البحث على فهم الأدوار التي يمكن أن تلعبها الأسرة ونوعية التفاعل ورصد آثار وسائل الإعلام على تنمية شخصية الطفل وأهم إيجابيات استخدام البرامج للطفل.
ومن أبرز نتائج البحث توصله إلى أن استخدامات البرامج المتنوعة للأطفال من ألعاب ووسائل إعلامية كالإنترنت وشبكات الاتصالات أصبحت تشغل مساحة واسعة من حياتهم اليومية، كما أن كثيراً منها يساعد في تنمية قدرات الطفل الإبداعية، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة تعزيز الرقابة الأسرية على البرامج التي يستخدمها الطفل حتى لا تؤثر على العوامل النفسية للطفل وتؤدي به إلى الإدمان والإصابة بالأمراض العقدية مستقبلاً.

الملخص:

يهدف البحث للكشف عن مدى فاعلية صفحة المجلس البلدي سرت في معالجة الازمات من وجهة نظر المستخدمين، تنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة في إلقاء الضوء على مدى فاعلية صفحة المجلس البلدي على الفيس بوك في تغطيتها للازمات ومعالجتها، واعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدما استمارة استبيان إلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، و تكون مجتمع البحث من جمهور مدينة سرت بمختلف شرائحهم ومكوناتهم خلال العام 2024ف عن طريق استمارة إلكترونية، حيث قام الباحث بسحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها(126)، وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج بأن غالبية أفراد العينة تتفاعل مع المعلومات والاخبار التي تنشرها صفحة المجلس البلدي سرت في وقت الازمات حيث بلغت من قالوا بأنهم يتفاعلون معها إلى حد ما بنسبة هي الأكبر 44.2%، في حين بينت النتائج مساهمة صفحة المجلس البلدي سرت في معالجة الازمات حيث قال أغلبية المبحوثين بأنها تساهم إلى حد ما في معالجة الازمات بنسبة بلغت 49.3%، توصلت النتائج أن المبحوثين لا يوافقون بأن من التأثيرات التي أحدثتها صفحة المجلس البلدي تؤدي إلى تغيير أفكارهم بنسبة بلغت 45.1%، في حين أن قال افراد العينة أن صفحة المجلس البلدي سرت على الفيس بوك لم تعالج أزمة سوء الخدمات الطبية بالمدينة بنسبة46.7%.

Abstract:

The research aims to reveal the effectiveness of the Sirte Municipal Council page in addressing crises from the users' point of view. The importance of this study stems from shedding light on the effectiveness of the Municipal Council page on Facebook in covering and addressing crises. This research relied on the descriptive approach, using an electronic questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The research community consisted of the public of the city of Sirte with its various segments and components during the year 2024 AD through an electronic questionnaire. The researcher drew a simple random sample of (126). The research reached results that the majority of the sample members interact with the information and news published by the Sirte Municipal Council page during crises, as those who said that they interact with it to some extent reached the largest percentage of 44.2%, while the results showed the contribution of the Sirte Municipal Council page in addressing crises, as the majority of the respondents said that it contributes to some extent in addressing crises, at a rate of 49.3%. The results concluded that the respondents do not agree that the effects of the Municipal Council page lead to changing their ideas. عملية طوفان الأقصى وأثرها على تغيير الصورة الذهنية عن المقاومة الفلسطينية

ملخص:
نجحت المقاومة الفلسطينية بمختلف فصائلها بتغيير الصورة الذهنية حيث أعطت عملية طوفان الأقصى صورة حية وواقعية عن مجريات العمليات العسكرية ضد الاحتلال الصهيوني ومن ثم أبرزت الجانب المشروع للمقاومة الفلسطينية على كيفية الالتزام بالقوانين والأعراف الدولية التي تنظم العلاقات بين الدول في وقت السلم والحرب.
حيث تعاملت المقاومة بمهنية عالية في معاملة الأسرى سواء كانوا مدنيين أو عسكريين ولم توجه السلاح إلى المدنيين لكن كان القتال يدور بين المقاومة والمحتل بالرغم أن المحتل قام بضرب القوانين والأعراف الدولية عرض الحائط خلال قصف وقتل وتشريد أكثر من 42 ألف مدني وأكثر من 84 ألف مصاب خلافاً لذلك دمرت جميع البنية التحتية لأغلب المناطق الفلسطينية.

Summary:

الملخص:
تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الإعلامي لعينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين والقائمين بالاتصال ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (100) مفردة ، توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها : يعتبر النقد والسخرية والمبالغة من أهم الركائز التي يستعملها الكاريكاتير لتمرير الجدية في طرح المواضيع، المنبثقة أساساً من المجتمع حيث يستعد الساخرون صورهم الجزئية من واقع مجتمعهم بل صوروا هذا الواقع في عدة مجالات صوروا الجوع والشجع والحرمان وأبرزوا واقع التحلل الخلقي والاجتماعي، واستفادت البرامج التلفزيونية الساخرة الحالية من التكنولوجيات الحديثة لوسائل الإعلام خاصة ما تتعلق بإستخدام الصور المتحركة والموسيقى والغرافيك وغيرها وهذا ما ساعدها على الإنتشار الواسع وتوصي الدراسة ضرورة القيام بإجراء دراسة شرائح المجتمع المختلفة وتبيان الأثار السلبية والإيجابية المترتبة على استخدام الإسلوب الساخر عبر صفحات الفيسبوك وذلك بهدف التقليل من السلبيات وتعظيم الإيجابيات.

أظهرت الدراسة أن التقنيات الرقمية قد أحدثت ثورة ملحوظة في تطوير أساليب التصوير الفوتوغرافي الفني. فقد وفرت هذه الأدوات الجديدة، التي تضم برمجيات متطورة مثل Photoshop وLightroom، إمكانيات غير مسبوقة للمصورين، مما أتاح لهم التنوع في أساليبهم الفنية وفتح آفاق إبداعية جديدة. هذه البرمجيات منحت المصورين القدرة على التحكم الدقيق في مختلف عناصر الصورة، بداية من الألوان والإضاءة، وصولاً إلى التأثيرات الخاصة، مما مكنهم من إنتاج صور تتجاوز حدود الأساليب التقليدية.

The study showed that digital technologies have revolutionized the development of artistic photography methods. These new tools, which include advanced software such as Photoshop and Lightroom, have provided photographers with unprecedented capabilities, allowing them to diversify their artistic styles and open up new creative horizons. These software programs have given photographers the ability to precisely control various elements of the image, from colors and lighting to special effects, enabling them to produce images that go beyond the limits of traditional methods. The study also confirmed that digital technologies have not only facilitated the photography process, but have also contributed to reshaping the creative thinking of photographers. Digital photography allows them the opportunity to experiment and modify without worrying about the costs or errors that used to limit creative freedom in the era of traditional films. This leads to their liberation from technical restrictions, which transfers them to a state of deep focus on the artistic and creative content they present. In addition, the study explored the profound impact of digital technologies on the art of expression, as photographers have become able to create works of art characterized by movement and complex depth. The works of artists such as Annie Leibovitz and Gregory Crewdson are a vivid embodiment of how digital technologies can be used to produce images rich in detail and artistic connotations, reflecting a unique artistic vision, and enhancing the possibility of expressing ideas in innovative and creative ways.

دوافع استخدام شبكة الانترنت واثرها على سلوك الفتية"من منظور التربية الكشفية"

ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دوافع استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على سلوك الفتية من منظور التربية الكشفية، حيث تم استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (120) مفردة من الكشافين والمرشدات،تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين 12 :18 سنة من المفوضيات الكشفية" زليتن-الخمس-طربلس-الزاوية" ، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج منها: أن أكثر من نصف عينة الدراسة يقضون اوقاتهم اليومية في استخدام الانترنت ما بين ثلاث ساعات واقل من اربع ساعات، وهذا مؤشر على الدخول في مرحلة الادمان الالكتروني ولما له من ابعاد وتأثيرات، وجاء في المرتبة الاولى دافع الدردشة والالعاب والتسلية والترفيه، ، أيضاً دوافع تعلم أصول الدين والعبادات، وتمثلت الاثار الايجابية في البحث عن المعرفة وتنمية المهارات، وتصدرت الاثار السلبية في: الشعور بحالة القلق، وتدنى مستوى قبول التصرفات في البيت، واختلفت الآراء بين مؤيد ومعارض لدي عينة الدراسة في الآثار الصحية والنفسية بين الايجابي والسلبي الناتجة عن الاستخدام؛ فتمثلت الاثار السلبية في أن التعرض لأشعة الهاتف يسبب أضرار على العيون، وأن مشاهدة الصور المثالية وابراز صور غير واقعية تثير الغيرة والحسد قد تؤسس لمآخذ سلبية كظاهرة التنمر والاضرار بالعلاقات القائمة ، بينما عبّر آخرون عن معاتبة انفسهم لإضاعة الوقت دون جدوى. والحاجة الى المعرفة بقواعد الاستخدام الآمن لشبكة الانترنت.
التوصيات:
1-القيام بدراسات عن ابعاد التأثيرات السلوكية للفتية للاستخدام غير المدرك لشبكات الانترنت
2-العمل وفق مجموعات تربوية على توعية الطلاب بوجه خاص ولاسيما في المرحلة العمرية المبكرة بشان الاستخدام الامن للأنترنت.
3- اشراك المؤسسات التربوية في القيام بحملات توعية نحو مخاطر الانترنت على الفتية والشباب جراء الاستخدام المفرط والغير مُدرك لمضار الأنترنت.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the motivations for using social media sites and their impact on the behavior of youth from the perspective of scout education. A random sample of 120 male scouts and female guides, aged between 12 and 18 years, from the scouting delegations of Zliten, Khums, Tripoli, and Zawiya was surveyed using a descriptive approach. The study found several key results, including that more than half of the sample spends between three and four hours daily using the internet, which indicates a potential for electronic addiction with its associated implications and effects. The most common motivations for internet use were chatting, gaming, entertainment, and relaxation, followed by learning about religious principles and acts of worshiping. Positive impacts included seeking knowledge and developing skills. However, negative effects included feelings of anxiety, a decline in the acceptance of behaviors at home, and differing opinions on the health and psychological effects of internet use, with some seeing it as positive and others as negative. Negative effects highlighted the damage caused by exposure to phone screen light, and the viewing of idealized, unrealistic images, which can lead to feelings of jealousy and envy and contribute to negative phenomena like cyberbullying and damage to relationships. On the other hand, some participants expressed regret over wasting time without benefit and emphasized the need to be informed about safe internet usage practices.

الملخص:
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية توظيف المؤسسات الإعلامية العربية لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتحليل تأثير ذلك على مستوى المصداقية والمهنية في أدائها الإعلامي. كما تهدف إلى تقييم مدى متابعة العاملين في قطاع الاتصال للتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، ورصد الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية الناتجة عن استخدام هذه التقنيات من وجهة نظر العاملين في المؤسسات الإعلامية العربية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز أشكال وتطبيقات تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الإعلامي.
تنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من الدور المتزايد للذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الأداء المهني ضمن مجالات الاتصال، إلى جانب إسهاماته الإيجابية في مختلف التخصصات الأخرى التي استفادت من هذه التقنيات في تعزيز كفاءتها. وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي في إطار الدراسة، مستخدمة أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات. وتم توزيع الاستبيانات على عينة مكونة من 40 ممارساً إعلامياً يعملون في مجال الاتصال في ليبيا، بهدف دراسة تأثير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي على أدائهم المهني.

Abstract:

This study aims to explore how Arab media institutions are utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and the impact of these technologies on credibility and professionalism in their media practices. It also seeks to determine the extent to which communication professionals are keeping up with technological advancements related to AI, while monitoring the positive and negative effects resulting from the implementation of these technologies, from the perspective of practitioners within Arab media institutions. Additionally, the study aims to identify the key manifestations and forms of AI technologies.

The significance of this study arises from the increasing role that artificial intelligence plays in enhancing professional performance within the field of communication, as well as its positive impact on various other professions and disciplines that have benefited from these technologies in completing their tasks. The researcher adopted a descriptive methodology and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 Libyan media practitioners working in the field of communication, with the goal of examining the impact of AI technologies on their professional performance.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح كيفية بناء الصورة الذهنية في وسائل الإعلام والاتصال؛ من خلال التعريف بالإعلام وبالصورة الذهنية، مع توضيح نشأة وتطور الصورة الذهنية، مع التطرق إلى خصائص ومميزات الصورة الذهنية، والتعرف على أنواعها وتصنيفها إلى صورة ذهنية إيجابية والصورة القومية والصورة النمطية المقولبة والصورة الإعلامية، والعوامل المؤثرة في تكوينها من عوامل شخصية وعوامل اجتماعية وعوامل تنظيمية ومعرفة دور الوسائط الاعلامية في تشكيلها وهذا بالتعرض إلى مختلف الأساليب التي توظفها المؤسسات الإعلامية في تشكيل الصور حول مختلف المواضيع لدى الأفراد، وبالتالي الكشف عن العلاقة التي تربط بين مفهوم الصورة الذهنية وبين وسائل الاعلام وذلك من خلال الاساليب الاخبارية المستخدمة في تشكيل الصور الذهنية حيث تتبع وسائل الإعلام في تكوين الصور الذهنية أساليب مختلفة وطرقاً متعددة نذكر منها شخصنة المواقف والأحداث و تجزيئ المواقف والأحداث، وضفاء الطابع الدرامي على المواقف والأحداث وتنميط المواقف والأحداث، مع دراسة حالة لأساليب تكوين صورة العدو من خلال التطرق الى تجريد العدو من الشرعية وأشكال هذا التجريد وأخيراً الوظائف التي تحققها وسائل الإعلام للمجتمع من عملية تجريد الآخرين من شرعيتهم.

This research aims to clarify how mental images are constructed in media and communication; by defining media and mental images, explaining the emergence and evolution of mental images, addressing the characteristics and features of mental images, and identifying their types and classifications into positive mental images, national images, stereotypical images, and media images. It also examines the factors influencing their formation, including personal, social, and organizational factors, and recognizes the role of media in shaping them. This is done by exploring various methods employed by media institutions to shape images on different topics among individuals, thus revealing the relationship between the concept of mental images and media through the news methods used in shaping mental images. Media follows different methods and multiple approaches in forming mental images, including personalizing situations and events, fragmenting situations and events, dramatizing situations and events, and stereotyping situations and events. A case study is conducted on the methods of forming the image of the enemy by addressing the de-legitimization of the enemy and the forms of this de-legitimization, and finally, the functions that media fulfill for society through the process of delegitimizing others.

الإرهاب والإعلام قراءة نقدية في سياسات التغطية الإخبارية للقنوات الفضائية العربية

مستخلص الدراسة:
تناولت هذه الدراسة تحليلا مقارنا لسياسات التغطية الإخبارية لقناتي الجزيرة والعربية في تناول الأحداث الإرهابية، من خلال دراسة مضمون أربع مقاطع فيديو مختارة من نشرات أخبار القناتين، تتناول حدثين بارزين: هجمات 11 سبتمبر 2001 ومجزرة تل السلطان في غزة 2024. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة تحليل المضمون الكمي والنوعي، وهدفت إلى مقارنة طريقة تقديم كل من القناتين للأحداث الإرهابية، والكشف عن أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق واضحة في طريقة تغطية القناتين. فعلى سبيل المثال، في تغطية مجزرة تل السلطان، خصصت الجزيرة نسبة 18.75% من مدة النشرة لعرض صور ولقطات للضحايا، بينما لم تقدم العربية أي صور مباشرة للضحايا. كما خصصت الجزيرة 26.56% من مدة العرض لذكر ردود الأفعال الدولية والمؤسسات الدولية، مقابل 24% للعربية. وفي تغطية هجمات 11 سبتمبر، خصصت العربية 25.27% من مدة العرض لشرح خلفية الهجمات وربطها بالصراع بين القاعدة والولايات المتحدة، بينما لم تتطرق الجزيرة إلى هذا السياق، وأظهرت النتائج أن الجزيرة تركز على الجانب الإنساني للأحداث الإرهابية وتسلط الضوء على معاناة الضحايا، بينما تركز العربية على التحليل السياسي والسياق التاريخي. واوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إجراء مزيد من البحوث لفهم تأثير تغطية وسائل الإعلام للأحداث الإرهابية على المشاهدين وعلى تشكيل الرأي العام.

Abstract of the study:

This study dealt with a comparative analysis of the news coverage policies of Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya channels in dealing with terrorist events, by studying the content of four selected video clips from the news bulletins of the two channels, covering two prominent events: the September 11, 2001 attacks and the Tel Sultan massacre in Gaza 2024. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the quantitative and qualitative content analysis tool, and aimed to compare the way each channel presented terrorist events, and to reveal the similarities and differences between them.

The results of the study showed clear differences in the way the two channels covered them. For example, in covering the Tel Sultan massacre, Al Jazeera allocated 18.75% of the bulletin time to displaying pictures and footage of the victims, while Al Arabiya did not provide any direct pictures of the victims. Al Jazeera also allocated 26.56% of the broadcast time to mentioning international reactions and international institutions, compared to 24% for Al Arabiya. In covering the September 11 attacks, Al Arabiya devoted 25.27% of the show time to explaining the background of the attacks and linking them to the conflict between Al Qaeda and the United States, while Al Jazeera did not address this context. The results showed that Al Jazeera focused on the human aspect of terrorist events and highlighted the suffering of the victims, while Al Arabiya focused on political analysis and historical context. The study recommended the need for further research to understand the impact of media coverage of terrorist events on viewers and on shaping public opinion.

The importance of social media sites in general and Facebook in particular is increasing as a result of their influence on the political scene and the consolidation of the creativity industry and awareness of indoctrination, and not employing them directly leads to misleading public opinion and a social and political culture, especially when it comes to a national commercial file that is still achieving transitional justice and political transformation.

This research is based on analyzing and understanding the impact of the political discourse of social media platforms on national interests in Libya by using discourse analysis that aims to research and investigate the contents of the Yemeni discourse of the official page of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, as its role is pivotal in the Libyan scene.

The importance of this scientific research is highlighted as it participates in the impact of political discourse on official social media platforms on Facebook on national interests as a result of the impact these pages represent on local public opinion.

We rely on this research on the theory of class determinism through two dimensions of analysis, the second text and context, by presenting applied models published on a page that seeks to address national interests in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify the Libyan Al-Sabah newspaper and determine its news values, as well as to determine the trends of the contents of the Al-Sabah newspaper's news, the language used in it, and its editorial form.

The researcher used the descriptive approach to know the facts related to the nature of the phenomenon in order to obtain sufficient and accurate information. The researcher conducted an analytical study of all the events issued by Al-Sabah newspaper during the study period (three months). In the study tools, the researcher relied on the content analysis form to describe the apparent content and explicit content of the media material to be analyzed. He also relied on the interview to collect data about Al-Sabah newspaper. The study concluded that the comprehensive Libyan Al-Sabah daily newspaper focuses on political news more than others. It relied on the Libyan News Agency in publishing its news and recommended increasing attention to local news and increasing attention to formulating cultural news according to the correct news methods.

تحددت مشكلة هذا البحث في طبيعة المضامين الإخبارية لمنصة حكومتنا، التابعة لحكومة الوحدة الوطنية، حيث أسند لهذه المنصة الدور الأكبر في حصرية الخبر الحكومي، الأمر الذي استوجب من البحاث والمهتمين الوقوف على أدائها المهني، خاصة في ظل ما تشهده من متابعة وتفاعل كبير من عامة الناس. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة نوع العناوين المستخدمة في المنصة، ومدى توافقها والمضامين المنشورة، إضافة إلى الوقوف على سلامة البناء الخبري، وحجم المعلومات المقدمة فيها، إلى جانب تحديد المضامين والصور، والمصادر الخبرية التي تم اعتمادها، وصولاً لمعرفة رأي الجمهور في أداء المنصة من خلال عملية رجع الصدى التي تُبيّنها الأشكال ومجموع التفاعلات التي يمنحها الفيسبوك لمستخدميه.
استخدم الباحث المنهجين الوصفي والمسحي، من خلال عينة البحث التي مثلتها 362 مادة خبرية، تم تضمينها في استمارة التحليل التي جاءت في 9 جداول تغطي مشكلة البحث بكل تفرعاتها، وتوصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أن أخبار المنصة تنشر بدون عناوين صحفية، وبدون ذكر لمصادر أخبارها،
كما أوضحت النتائج أن أغلب الجمهور المتابع لمضامين المنصة راضٍ عنها حسب تفاعله معها، رغم وجود جمهور آخر كبير العدد يخالفها الرأي، وتعتمد المنصة في بنائها الخبري على قالب الهرم المقلوب أولاً، والهرم المعتدل ثانيًا، وفيما يخص توفر المعلومات في أخبارها فإن جُلها يتم تقديمها بدون معلومات كافية عن الأحداث، كما أظهرت النتائج أن المنصة تهتم بالمضمونين السياسي والخدمي، أكثر من اهتمامها بالمضامين الأخرى مثل، الديني والاجتماعي والرياضي، على صعيد آخر فإنها تهمل بشكل واضح فنون: التعليق والتقرير والتحليل، وتكتفي فقط بالخبر، ويُحسب لها حرصها على دعم أخبارها بالصور المعبرة عن طبيعة الأحداث على اختلافها.

Abstrat:

The problem of this research was determined by the nature of the news content of the Our Government platform, affiliated with the Government of National Unity, as this platform was assigned the largest role in the exclusivity of government news, which required researchers and interested parties to stand on its professional performance, especially in light of the great follow-up and interaction it witnesses from the general public. This research aims to know the type of headlines used on the platform, and the extent of their compatibility with the published content, in addition to standing on the integrity of the news structure, and the amount of information provided in it, in addition to identifying the content, images, and news sources that were adopted, reaching to know the public's opinion on the platform's performance through the feedback process shown by the forms and the total interactions that Facebook provides to its users.

The researcher used the descriptive and survey approaches, through the research sample represented by 362 news articles, which were included in the analysis form that came in 9 tables covering the research problem with all its branches, and the researcher reached a number of results, including: that the platform's news is published without newspaper headlines, and without mentioning its news sources. The results also showed that most of the audience following the platform's content is satisfied with it according to its interaction with it, despite the presence of another large audience that disagrees with it. The platform relies in its news structure on the inverted pyramid template first, and the moderate pyramid second, and with regard to the availability of information in its news, most of it is presented without sufficient information about the events. The results also showed that the platform is more interested in political and service content than in other content such as religious, social and sports. On the other hand, it clearly neglects the arts of: commentary, reporting and analysis, and is satisfied with the news only, and it is credited with its keenness to support its news with images expressing the nature of events in all their forms

التواصل الغير لفظي هو نقل رسالة أو مضمون أو إشارة أو حركة جسدية أو بصرية أو بنبرة الصوت أو اللمس أو المسافة "القرب والبعد". إن وضعية أجسامنا هي أداة صامتة ولكنها قوية للتواصل مع أفكارنا ومشاعرنا, إنها مثل نص مرئي يروي مستوى ثقافتنا أو اهتمامنا أو عدم اهتمامنا دون أن ننطق بكلمة واحدة. إن فهم الرسائل التي تنقلها وضعية الجسم يشبه اكتشاف الأسرار وراء سلوك الشخص. الفن التشكيلي يعتمد علي حاسة البصر في استقباله فهو تعبير غير لفظي، كما انه يعتبر من اهم وسائل الاتصال الغير لفظية، حيث يرتبط الشكل بالمضمون .

Abstract

Nonverbal communication is the transmission of a message or content by gesture, physical or visual movement, tone of voice, touch, or distance. Our body posture is a silent but powerful tool for communicating our thoughts and feelings. It is like a visual text that tells our level of culture, interest, or lack of interest without us saying a single word. Understanding the messages conveyed by body posture is like discovering the secrets behind a person's behavior. Fine art relies on the sense of sight to receive it, as it is a nonverbal expression. It is also considered one of the most important means of nonverbal communication. Form is linked to content. Picasso painted his blue period paintings in monochrome. With a symbolic sense and expressive style, in his paintings he expresses the sad, depressed mood, misery, and oppression clearly. In this study, Picasso's art in the blue period is analyzed and studied, emphasizing the connection between form and content, as it carries images and meanings of concepts that depend on nonverbal language, symbols, and the meaning of color that express what is behind the form intended to be communicated to the viewer. This experience is a source of inspiration for the student or artist and enhances their ability to express freely and produce and implement artwork in the style of the expressionist school with the concept of symbols and connotations of body movement and color effects that have meaning and significance

Abstract

The research discusses the relationship between university studies in the field of media and the multiple uses of the Internet, which vary between receiving news and data, collecting information, and communicating with the teaching staff, in addition to using Internet applications itself within the media communication tools. The problem of this research was identified in a main question: (What are the sources of information about the educational process for students of the College of Media and Communication, and what are the satisfactions achieved by students from them)? The research aimed to identify the sources of information and electronic news for students at the College of Media and Communication, the priority of the information or news they are looking for, and to determine the degree of their reliance on the University of Tripoli website as a source of information compared to other websites and pages. The study is one of the descriptive studies that adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect its information. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 124 individuals from male and female students of the departments of the College of Media and Communication. One of the most important results of the study is the small number of those who rely on the university website as a source of information, and if it is followed up, they rely on other sources of information, the most important of which is the study and exams page at the college, which came first among the students' choices. The results showed that the most important difficulties are the lack of programs and uses of the Internet within the study plans
