Despite the increasing number of teachers, their pedagogical qualification remains insufficient, negatively impacting education quality. Using a descriptive approach, the researchers administered a questionnaire consisting of 29 items to a simple random sample of 70 teachers out of 300 teachers enrolled in the program to assess the program’s reality and its role in developing both academic and practical aspects.

The results showed that the program plays a significant role in enhancing the performance of non-specialized teachers, particularly in teaching practices and professionally preparing them to handle various classroom situations. Eighty-nine percent of participants praised the program for encouraging the adoption of modern teaching methods and the use of advanced educational techniques, while 83% emphasized the importance of practical application in enhancing learning. Moreover, 77% indicated the necessity of continuous follow-up after program completion to ensure sustained benefits. However, the study revealed some challenges, including a weakness in practical application compared to theoretical content (71%), content complexity (70%), and similarity to lower-level training courses (62%).

In conclusion, the study recommends developing the program to include intensive field training, increasing the intake of non-specialized teachers to address the pedagogical shortage, and designing training content that reflects local environmental needs. It also highlights the importance of providing incentives to encourage teachers to complete the program and establishing sustainable partnerships between the faculty and schools to support continuous monitoring and improve education quality in Libya.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Education Journal https://uot.edu.ly/journals/index.php/fej/article/view/1930 The role of education and art in enhancing students' self-expression during leisure time)) 2025-06-21T19:52:20+00:00 نجاة سليمان إمحمد عبيد [email protected]
Art and education have a vital importance in developing the integrated personality of the student, especially in free time through artistic practices, students discover their talents and develop creative thinking skills and self-expression. Some individuals- agitators and enemies of Islam-have exploited various events،distorting and misinterpreting them،and from these flawed interpretations،they have constructed a misguided understanding. This has led to accusations and false claims aimed at Islamic Sharia،as part of a failed attempt to associate it with promoting, supporting, or encouraging terrorism.

Clarifying the position of Islamic Sharia on terrorism is a duty that falls upon every Muslim capable of speaking out, especially in light of the recent tragic events in wounded Gaza-may God grant it and its people healing and victory. During these events, the aggressive Jews violated the five essential protections (the “five necessities”) that Sharia seeks to uphold and preserve. Our brothers in Gaza have strived to defend these necessities using every means available, despite limited resources and the severe shortage of aid due to the international community’s widespread negligence in safeguarding the sanctities of Muslims in Palestine.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Faculty of Education Journal https://uot.edu.ly/journals/index.php/fej/article/view/1939 The phenomenon of violence against women, its causes and effects, and the role of social services in confronting it 2025-06-25T16:31:14+00:00 منال الصيد عظمة [email protected]
This research addresses the phenomenon of violence against women, its causes and effects, and the role of social services in confronting it.
