Overview

Students apply the rules, especially the principles of writing, during the lecture, which are as follows:

. The word: its meaning and its divisions -

Noun, verb and a letter signs. -

. Types of nouns, types of verbs -

. Types of nouns, types of verbs -

.Al-Ta'a Al-Morbouta and Al-Ta'a Al-Maftoha'ah -

The difference between close letters. -

- Elementary Hamza (section at the beginning of the word, and linking) definition, drawing method, pronunciation, location, originality and addition, placements, the rule of distinction between the two ( types of Hamza).

- General applications on the vocabulary of the course through the texts of the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet’s Sunnah, and the eyes of poetry and prose, provided that their number is not less than ten texts, which the student is required to have, provided that exam questions do not deviate from them.

Intended learning outcomes

By the end of the course, the student should be able to

1- Identify the reality of speech and what it consists of, and stand on the basic component of the Arabic sentence.

2- Standing on the types of nouns in terms of gender, number, definition, indefiniteness, masculine and feminine..

3- Recognize the types of cognitions and the original and subsidiary signs of syntax.

4- Knowing how to weigh verbs and nouns according to the morphological scale.

5- Familiarity with the spelling rules related to the Hamzat Al-Wasl and Al-Qataa.

Teaching and learning methods

During the application, it is taken into account to direct students to write on the board and address common writing and reading errors and problems, as well as directing them to understand and express the ideas of texts.

Methods of assessments

Methods of evaluating students in this course: ( Mid-term 40% and final 60%)

Term-work: divided between written midterm exams (30)

Written final exam (30) The practical exam is by dictating a piece from the pieces studied during the semester. Half of the final exam score (30) is given to them.
