Overview

Water sports in a clearer and more general way is a group of activities that exploit the water environment during its practice and differ in the form of its performance, tools or place of practice. mental or social swimming is considered the important basis for practicing water sports, and it is one of the individual games that need to be mastered with a clear vision of the form of teaching and learning swimming using some technological applications on the learning outcomes of swimming methods, which required effort from those in charge of teaching and new tasks in light of the development represented in correcting the educational message according to a strategy The teacher has become a designer and programmer in addition to being a teacher, and the learner has a positive role in interacting with the elements of the educational situation

Intended learning outcomes

That the students know the nature and types of water sports and the basic principles of teaching swimming, as well as the types of swimming pools, and how to manage and supervise them, and understand the safety and security factors in swimming, which ensures the avoidance of accidents or cases of drowning, and recognize the most common injuries and diseases that occur during the practice of swimming What are its causes, symptoms, and how to treat it? Students understand the technical aspects of crawl swimming on the belly and back, learning and teaching methods, and what are the appropriate physical and skill tests.

Teaching and learning methods

The course will be presented to the student from a mixture of these methods through lectures, and students' participation in discussion panels with brainstorming, in addition to theoretical and applied lectures in attendance. To increase understanding, lectures are given through electronic platforms and special websites.
