Overview

Physical fitness is one of the requirements of the current era, according to what the World Health Organization has indicated, especially in light of this technological development and the emergence of many diseases related to lack of movement, and this course is interested in shedding light on the concepts and elements of physical fitness associated with health with a focus on how to use its programs to maintain health with advice on how to practice its programs

Intended learning outcomes

Studying the course gives students knowledge and understanding of the importance of fitness to modern societies and the extent to which the practice of fitness programs and the benefits of regular fitness programs contribute to improving health. And the types of physical fitness (health-related, performance-related) as well as the most important foundations and principles of designing health-related fitness programs and how to formulate training programs to improve health-related fitness components
