Overview

Sports training theories are one of the basic sciences in the sports field, especially in various sports activities, and have enjoyed great progress in recent years because they are associated with many sciences such as medical, educational, social and movement sciences in their various branches, and thus these foundations and theories have become as an independent subject in their own right, taught in institutes and colleges of physical education, and The term sports training is given to every organized learning whose goal is the rapid progress of both physical and mental terms or increase motor and technical learning (skill) for humans.

Intended learning outcomes

Providing the student with the ability to use appropriate training terms for different situations in sports training, and how to write training groups including all their training variables with Rationing training loads in training units. In addition to carrying out physical, skill, tactical and planning preparation in the field of sports training

Teaching and learning methods

The course will introduce the student to a combination of these methods through lectures, and student participation in discussion panels with brainstorming, in addition to practical applications and assignments. Theoretical and applied lectures are in-person and to increase understanding, lectures are given through electronic platforms and special websites.
