Overview

This course achieves the objectives and methods of teaching, learning, and mental and physical focus in physical exercise so that it contributes to the formation and construction of the individual's body and contributes effectively to the education and development of the individual in all respects and is considered the main pillar in the technical level of most sports activities as it is considered an introduction and entrance to all sports activities and is an essential and indispensable part of the content of the physical education lesson

Intended learning outcomes

knowledge and understanding: knowledge is achieved through: the student should recognize the division of exercises. and how to write exercises in addition to how to perform the motor sentence, and for mental skills, the student distinguishes between the types of exercises (individual - even). It analyzes the relationship of exercise to motor education and to the scientific and professional skills to use and apply exercises for different semester groups. and to distinguish how to fix errors in exercises. The student determines the exercises that are in line with the different age stages. for general and transferred skills, the student should be able to fix errors in exercises and have the ability to distinguish between exercise and muscular work. and can perform bilateral exercises (freestyle - tools)
