Intended learning outcomes

Shows the development of the history of classification and division of nematodes in the past and inventory.

• Identifies the most important scientists who contributed to the development of the science of dividing nematodes.

• Employ the methods used to classify nematodes (phenotype, physiology, molecular genetics).

• Distinguish the use of keys to divide the different groups of nematodes at the level of different divisions.

• Uses taxonomic keys for some groups (species and species) of plant pathogenic nematodes.

• Identifies the most important groups of nematodes, especially groups that include plant pathogenic nematodes.
