وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في نقل الشائعات بين الطلاب

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في نقل الشائعات بين طلبة كلية الآداب جامعة مصراته والتعرف فيما إذا كان من الممكن تحديد العوامل المسببة في انتشار هذه الشائعات بين طلبة الكلية، وفقاً لمتغير الجنس والعمر والحالة الاجتماعية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي يعتمدها الطلبة في تلقي الأخبار ، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من طلبة الكلية يبلغ عددها 150 طالب وطالبة من كلية الآداب جامعة مصراته، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لهذه الوسائل دور كبير ومباشر في نقل الشائعات بين طلبة الكلية، إلا أنه لها أيضا دور إيجابي أظهرته النتائج الاحصائية لهذه الدراسة في تبادل الملاحظات والمعلومات بين الطلبة ومتابعة كل ما يخص العملية الدراسية بالكلية، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ومنها تعزيز ونشر الوعي بين طلبة الكلية بمخاطر الشائعات التي يتناقلونها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال عمل ورش عمل وتداولت حول مهارات التفكير لدى الطلبة، وتشجيعهم على استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل مسؤول ونشر المعلومات الصحيحة من خلالها، كما واوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث لفهم طبيعة هذه الظاهرة وأثرها على الطلبة وطرق مكافحتها.

The study aimed to identify the role of social media in transmitting rumors among students of the Faculty of Arts, Misurata University, and to identify whether it is possible to identify the factors causing the spread of these rumors among students of the college, according to the variables of gender, age, social status, and the social media that students rely on to receive news. The study tool was a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of college students, numbering 150 male and female students from the Faculty of Arts, Misurata University. The study concluded that these media have a major and direct role in transmitting rumors among college students, but they also have a positive role shown by the statistical results of this study in exchanging notes and information between students and following up on everything related to the educational process in the college. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including enhancing and spreading awareness among college students of the dangers of rumors that they transmit through social media, by holding workshops and seminars on thinking skills among students, and encouraging them to use social media responsibly and disseminate correct information through it. The study also recommended conducting more research to understand the nature of this phenomenon, its impact on students, and ways to combat it.
