المكتبات الرقمية: بين المفاهيم والمتطلبات

الملخص

المكتبات الرقمية هي مكتبات المستقبل وهي نتاج دمج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات واستخدام لأنظمة الحاسبات الآلية المتطورة في تراسل البيانات والمعلومات ،وهي بهذا تتبع أساليب حديثة ومتطورة تجذب المستفيدين لاستخدامها والولوج إليها والتمتع بخدماتها ، وبذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على هذا الموضوع المهم ،من خلال التعريف بالمكتبات الرقمية، وأسباب نشأتها وبيان خصائصها والعوامل التي مهدت لظهورها وانتشارها والتطرق أيضاً الى أهدافها ووظائفها ومراحل التحول من المكتبة التقليدية الى المكتبة الرقمية بالإضافة الى ما يستوجب عملية التحول من متطلبات وركائز تضمن تأسيسها .

As such، they follow modern and advanced methods that attract beneficiaries to use them، access them، and enjoy their services. Thus، this study attempts to shed light on this important topic، by introducing libraries. The digital library، the reasons for its emergence، an explanation of its characteristics، the factors that paved the way for its emergence and spread، and also its objectives، functions، and the stages of transformation from the traditional library to the digital library، in addition to the requirements and pillars necessary for the transformation process to ensure its establishment
