This research addresses the phenomenon of violence against women, its causes and effects, and the  role of social services in confronting it. This phenomenon is a significant social issue that significantly impacts women's psychological and physical health, and also negatively impacts the stability of the family and society as a whole. The research problem was to answer the main question: What are the causes and consequences of violence against women, and what is the role of social services in addressing it
