The extent of the use of scientific planning in training by football

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the extent to which coaches use scientific planning in the game of football. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed that included several areas related to the subject of the study and was presented to experts and specialists. The research sample consisted of (27) coaches. The research concluded that the general level did not reach the average, and thus there was a weakness in the use of scientific planning among trainers. The researcher recommended finding appropriate solutions for all areas that help trainers in order to raise the level of the training process.,
