Educational administrative communication and its role in the effectiveness of school sports activity from the point of view of physical education teachers in the secondary education stage in the city of Tajoura

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the implications of differences on the scale of administrative and educational communication according to the fields of general understanding of administrative and educational communication, the effectiveness of administrative and educational communication, methods and techniques of administrative and educational communication, in addition to the administrative and educational communication skills of physical education teachers in the secondary education stage In this topic, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, which is the most appropriate method. The study was applied to a sample of physical education teachers at the secondary education level, numbering (38) and representing a percentage of (74.50%) of the total original community. The researcher used a questionnaire prepared by Khaled Aswad Laykh. (2012) and was presented to a number of arbitrators in the field of (teaching methods, psychology, evaluation and measurement) In its most important results, it concluded that the weighted average of the level of general understanding of administrative and educational communication reached (1.86) with a percentage weight of (62%) with a degree of agreement (medium), and that the effectiveness of administrative and educational communication reached (1.84) with a percentage weight of (61%) with a degree of agreement ( Medium), while the relationship was found between educational administrative communication and the activation of sports activities. The teaching or education process in general represents a process of permanent and mutual educational communication between the teacher and his students..
