Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of applying comprehensive quality standards in activating organizational change in clubs, and the degree of contribution of applying comprehensive quality using modern scientific methods and techniques in activating organizational change in sports clubs, in addition to the contribution of integration between the principles of comprehensive quality in activating organizational change in sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive program with the survey method because it is appropriate for the nature of the research, through the community that consisted of chairmen and members of the boards of directors of the clubs of Al-Ahly Tripoli, Al-Ittihad, Al-Madina, Abu Salim, and Al-Malaab Al-Libi, and their number reached (55) individuals, and a sample of (35) individuals was chosen from them, with (5) members of the administrative boards of the clubs under study. A data collection tool was applied that consisted of three axes, and the study reached in its most important results that the values ​​of (T) were statistically significant at a significance level of (0.00) in all phrases of the scale of the amount of contribution of applying comprehensive quality standards in managing organizational change in clubs, and the existence of differences between the sample average and the hypothetical average for those phrases, and all the averages of the phrases were higher than the hypothetical average, and the contribution Total quality management using modern scientific methods and techniques in activating organizational change in sports clubs, in addition to the existence of differences between the sample average and the hypothetical average of the phrases, and all of their averages were higher than the hypothetical average. The study recommended the necessity of establishing committees at the institutional level to implement quality, and working to activate quality committees and give them a major role
