The effectiveness of the different-level stations method using interactive video on teaching discus throwing skill and developing its physical capabilities for students of the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Misurata

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the different-level stations method using interactive video on the development of special physical capabilities represented in (two arms explosive strength, two legs muscular strength, two legs muscular strength, movement speed, flexibility, compatibility, balance) and the performance level of discus throwing skill for students of the Faculty of Education Physical - Misurata University within the experimental group. The researcher used the experimental approach by designing two groups, one experimental and the other a control one, and (24) students from the Faculty of Physical Education - Misurata University were chosen by the intentional method, and they were assigned the discus throwing skill for the academic year 2021 AD / 2022 AD. They were classified into three groups, the experimental group (9) students. The control group is also (9) students, and the reconnaissance group is (6) students. One of the most important results was that the proposed educational-training program using the method of different-level stations using interactive video achieved the expected goals (physical, skill, and digital level) for the sample under study with a higher percentage.
