Abstract

The researchers conducted this research with the aim of identifying the educational technological competencies of faculty members in some colleges of physical education in Libya, which are related to the following elements: (planning - implementation - evaluation). The researchers used the descriptive approach “survey studies” due to its suitability to the nature of the research, representing the research community. Faculty members in some physical education colleges at the universities (Al-Jafara, Tripoli, and Al-Marqab) in Libya during the fall semester of the academic year 2023/2024. The research sample was chosen randomly and consists of (24) faculty members The researchers used a questionnaire form, which included topics related to educational technological competencies related to: (planning, implementation, teaching methods and methods, evaluation). The questionnaire form was presented to the experts to express their opinion on the adequacy of the form’s topics in what it was developed for, as well as the importance. The proportionality of each axis, and the adequacy of the statements composing each axis. They reported the necessity of making some amendments, namely deleting the third axis and rephrasing some of the statements in the rest of the axes. The most important results reached by the researchers were that the faculty members in some colleges of physical education in Libya have many educational technological competencies The educational technological competencies were identified and arranged, which are the educational competencies related to the following elements: (planning - implementation - evaluation).,,
