Abstract

The research aims to identify the percentages of teachers’ possession of mental skills and decision-making skills during the performance of their professional work and to identify the level of relationship between the dimensions of the mental skills scale and the dimensions of teachers’ decision-making skills and the extent to which the dimensions of the mental skills scale contribute to the dimensions of the decision- The researchers conducted the exploratory study on the scientific standards for research standards, and the results resulted in determining the percentages of physical education teachers’ possession of mental skills and decision-making skills. The researchers also concluded that there is a relationship There is a significant positive correlation between all dimensions of mental skills and the dimensions of teachers’ decision-making skills.
