Abstract
Research objectives: 1- The magnitude of the effect of exercises on focusing attention among physical education students at the University of Tripoli. 2- The importance and effectiveness of exercises on focusing attention among physical education students at the University of Tripoli. Research Methodology: The researcher used the quasi-experimental method, pre- and post-measurement (repeated measurements) for the research sample. Research sample: The sample was selected randomly from students of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Tripoli, who numbered (20) students. The sample percentage was (28.57%) of the research population. The most important results: A: - 1- Reading the level of significance, it becomes clear that its value reached (0.013), which is smaller than the level of significance (0.05), which statistically confirms the presence of a positive effect of exercises and in favor of the post-measurement in the concentration of attention test. 2- The results of the research showed that the size of the effect reached (0.1055), with a contribution rate of (10.55%) in favor of the post-measurement of the sample under study.
