Abstract

The study aims to identify the system of material and moral incentives and their impact on the development of administrative work in some sports clubs. The student used the descriptive analytical approach to suit the nature of the study. The study sample was chosen randomly from officials and administrators in some sports clubs in Tripoli, and their number reached (55) individuals. The student completed the questionnaire that was prepared and presented to the arbitrators and then distributed to the study sample. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: material rewards encourage workers in some sports clubs to put in more effort to obtain them. The results of the study also indicated that moral incentives (thank you) (praise, appreciation, and respect) influence administrators, leading to increased production and performance.
