Abstract

The researchers conducted this research with the aim of identifying the reality of administrative and educational communication in the College of Physical Education, Al-Jafara University. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method as it suits the nature of this research. This research was conducted on faculty members in the Faculty of Physical Education, Al-Jafara University in Libya during the spring semester of the year. University 2023/2024 AD, where the researchers selected the research sample in a deliberate manner, as its number reached (24) faculty members, The researchers also used a questionnaire, which included topics related to administrative and educational communication related to: (general understanding of administrative and educational communication and its functions, effectiveness of administrative and educational communication, methods and techniques of administrative and educational communication, skills of administrative and educational communication, obstacles to administrative and educational communication), and among the most important The results of the research: The reality of administrative and educational communication in the College of Physical Education, Al-Jafara University, related to the field of methods and techniques of administrative and educational communication, was achieved at a high rate of 77.77. The reality of administrative and educational communication in the College of Physical Education at Al-Jafara University, which is related to the field of administrative and educational communication skills, was achieved with a high rate of 81.20.
