Abstract

The research aims to identify the degree to which the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences applies social responsibility through university leadership from the point of view of the college’s faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive method of “survey studies” as it is suitable for achieving the goal of the research. The research community represents the faculty members at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Tripoli during the spring semester of the academic year 2024, and they number (111). The research sample was chosen randomly and consists of (40). Faculty member, with a percentage of (36.03%) of the research community. The researchers used a questionnaire consisting of 30 statements, and the most important results resulted in that university leadership urges faculty members to activate their role as positive models for students in the field of social responsibility, and that university leadership encourages faculty members to contribute In research and projects related to social responsibility.
