Roles

I am a member of the staff in the English Department, College of Languages, from 2008 until 2024. I have taught specialized subjects in the department. I have also taught English in several colleges, including: College of Law in 2010 Faculty of Medicine from 2012 to 2016 College of Science from 2017 to 2018 College of Engineering from 2019 to 2021

Careers

In 2008,  I was appointed at the College of Languages, English Department, as an assistant lecturer, and obtained the rank of lecturer in 2022.

Research Interests

Among the most important interests: Follow up on developments in the development of English language teaching, such as:

 - Methods of teaching foreign language.

 - Acquiring the mother tongue, the second language, and the foreign language

 - Psychology and its relationship to learning

 Teaching and learning strategies.

 Learning difficulties and ways to treat them.

 Evaluation and evaluation methods

 Follow up on conferences and workshops related to foreign language teaching

External Activities

 -  Preparing and publishing scientific papers in several local journals.

- Attending local and international conferences.

 - Following up on workshops inside and outside the university regarding teaching the English language.
