Research Interests

Academic contributions

I have participated in several scientific conferences that were organized inside and outside Libya. My contributions in such conferences were revolved around siginicant issues regarding education and its development, the applying of quality standards in education and the improvement of the educational process.

In 2001 and 2002, I have took a course in capacity building and the skills enhancement of French language teachers at the Applied Language Center in Besançon at the University of Montpellier in France.

I worked in teaching, whether at the undergraduate or postgraduate level, for long periods of time. I also worked as a part time lecturer in the universities of Nalut, Al-Zawiya, and Tripoli, before moving to the latter in 2009 as a full-time professor. Finally, I was also assigned on many occasions by the Ministry of Higher Education as a chairperson or member of several technical and scientific committees to carry out work of a specialized nature in the field of higher education and scientific research.
