 ليلي عبد السلام  الواعر هو أحد أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم الدراسات     السياحية بكلية الآداب. حاصلة على الدكتوراه في تخصص السياحة. دكتوراه في الجغرافيا السياحية..2022 جامعة طرابلس كلية الآداب السيدة ليلى عبد السلام الواعر تعمل في طرابلس معيداً مساعداً منذ 05/01/2011. لديها العديد من التخصصات والمنشورات العلمية المنشورة في مجال تخصصها. حصلت على درجة معيد عام 2021. انتدبت للعمل ضمن قسم منسقة المكتبات عام 2016 في القسم ومنسقة طلاب التخرج. 2017_2023 - تكليف منسق الجودة في القسم من عميد كلية الآداب ومنسق الجودة في الكلية بتاريخ 9/12/2022. - تم تعيينه عام 2023 رئيساً لقسم الدراسات السياحية بتاريخ 17/9/2023 كمنسق للدراسة. والامتحانات في القسم.

-Academic participations: -Elementary and high schools exhibitions

-Tripoli university department of tourism exhibition, and Tripoli international exhibition

 - certifications of training coursed in computer 14/7/2007 Tripoli university/ engineering faculty.

Participation at tourism ministry conferences- Supervision on many graduation projects from 2013 to 2017--Reviewing many graduation projects as a member of discussion committee

-Assigned by the head of tourism study department as a member of study and examination committee 2017. -field visiting many locations as it was required by subjects such as tourism geography and

environmental geography -Other activities: participating in environmental  volunteering activities such as friends of environment and awareness campaign to rise to the best

- Giving many awareness and cultural lectures in schools in Tripoli

- Giving an awareness lecture titled as tourism awareness in Tripoli university

- Wanting to finish my studies in the field of environmental tourism and how to apply it in the best way possible  

Research Interests

Environment - environmental pollution - tourism protocol and etiquette - cultural heritage - traditional industries - tourism education - planning and sustainable development

External Activities

Posts in volunteer work. Voluntary campaigns to protect the environment from pollution and deliver a message to the community on how to preserve the environment from pollution and encourage the advancement of environmental tourism within the country.
