The head of Quality Department participated in the (the First Conference on Education and Training in Blood Services), held at the Libyan Board of Medical Specialties, Tripoli, on November 16–17, 2025. My presentation, titled (Advancing Specialized Education in Biomedical Sciences: Building the Future of Healthcare) focused on establishing a Master’s Program in Transfusion Medicine for physicians in Libya.

I also presented findings from the National Blood Services Evaluation Survey 2025, and provided an overview of the Faculty of Medicine – University of Tripoli, including its newly accredited postgraduate programs for 2024–2025.

Additionally, I shared highlights from my professional contributions at the Central Blood Bank (2011–2021), emphasizing efforts in donor services, staff training, and quality improvement.
