Abstract

Al-Hajjaj belongs to research that seeks to discover the internal rules of discourse, which control the sequence and sequence of sayings, as it is mainly based on studying discourse techniques that would affect the recipient and push him to adopt a certain position. Since political discourse is a pilgrim speech, we have tried in this study to shed light on "pilgrims and persuasion strategies in political discourse", in order to highlight the argumentative aspects of this discourse, by revealing its linguistic structure that contributes to its formation and construction, as well as standing at Its techniques and mechanisms of operation.
