One of the faculty members in the Department of Agricultural Economics, specializing in agricultural economics and specialization in the field of agricultural extension. I have many scientific publications in the local and international fields.

Careers

I worked in the Ministry of Agriculture in Tripoli since 1991, and I held many tasks until I obtained a master’s degree. I was reappointed to the position of a faculty member at Al-Jafara University since 2002. I held many tasks, including head of the plant production department, then head of the agricultural economics department, then head of the faculty members department. Teaching at the College of Agriculture until I moved to the University of Tripoli, College of Agriculture, and I was appointed coordinator of the agricultural extension course in the department. I taught some courses in the department, as well as teaching some courses in graduate studies, and I was assigned to some committees, including a member of the department’s graduate studies committee and head of the department’s promotion formula review committee, as well as teaching a research methods course and an agricultural development course for graduate students in the department.

Research Interests

Giving lectures in the department for undergraduate and graduate students, attending scientific conferences, and publishing scientific research in local and international journals

External Activities

Contributing to the evaluation of the scientific research of faculty members for the purpose of promoting them to higher academic degrees

Participate in evaluating the writing of some scientific books in the field of specialization

Attending many local and international scientific conferences and participating in scientific research and as a listener
