I worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tripoli in 2013. I devoted myself to studying for a master's degree in 2018 and was awarded the degree in 2025.

Interest in conducting research in the field of food and nutrition. A scientific paper will soon be published entitled (The effects of replacing artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame potassium with sugar on the physical properties and glycemic index level of Libyan sweet cakes).
