Dr. Hisham Naji Al-Waer is a faculty member in the Department of Rangelands and Forests, Faculty of Agriculture, Tripoli. Dr. Hisham Naji Al-Waer has worked at the University of Tripoli as a teaching assistant since 1996, where he taught the practical part and conducted research. After obtaining his master's degree in 2006, specializing in Natural Environment Management and Conservation from Sant Stephen's University - Hungary, he began his work at the college as a faculty member and was assigned to teach some courses in the department. He also cooperated with some other colleges to teach some courses. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Denver - Colorado - USA in 2013, specializing in Biology, and has worked as a lecturer in the department since 1-9-2013.  Dr. Hisham Naji Al-Waer held many positions, most notably:- - Head of the Department in 2015 and 2017 - Study and Examinations Coordinator in the Department 2016 - Quality Office Coordinator in the Department 2015-2017 - Member of the Committee for Reviewing and Approving Technical and Formal Specifications for Master's Theses in the College 2019-2021, then its Chairman 2022-2023 - Member of the Curriculum Development Committee in the College 2019 - Chairman of the Committee for Monitoring the Level of Educational Programs for Institutional Accreditation 2022-2023 - Member of the Committee for Studying the Possibility of Starting a Doctoral Program 2023

He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization in many international and local scientific journals, most notably: - Environmental Applications - Environmental Engineering - Biological Conservation - International Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences - Libyan Journal of Agriculture

He started working at the college as a faculty member and obtained a doctorate from the University of Denver - Colorado - United States of America in 2013, specializing in biology. He worked as a lecturer in the department since 1-9-2013. He obtained  Assistant Professor from the University of Tripoli in 2016 and Associate Professor from the University of Tripoli in 2021

Dr. Hisham Naji Al-Waer has cooperated with many universities and academies in the field of teaching and supervising master's theses and an external reviewer in some refereed scientific journals, including Jafara University - Misurata University - Tripoli University, Faculty of Science in the field of teaching some undergraduate and graduate courses and an internal reviewer of master's theses and a supervisor of master's theses - Graduate Studies Academy in the field of teaching some undergraduate and graduate courses and a supervisor of master's theses. He also worked as an external reviewer in some refereed scientific journals, including - Al-Mukhtar Journal of Science - Libyan Journal of Science - Libyan Journal of Agricultural Sciences.
