Dr Nuria Ali Naser Elamri is one of the staff members in the Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture. currently, she is a associate professor since 2014 for which she carries out multiple duties of teaching both undergraduates and postgraduates in both theoretical  and laboratory fields. her scientific research is mainly revolving around molecular genetics and plant pathology. She has multiple publications internationally together with others   in the faculties  national scientific journals. Furthermore, the attendance of  domestic and international conferences had been apart of her scientific development.         

Careers

following graduation , Dr. Nuria was elected as a TA within the department of plant protection for which she carried out numerous lab. lecturing and supervision of undergraduates with adequate follow up and planning for better practice .In addition, she was granted her Ph.D. degree from the university of west of England in 2001. following her return, she had played an important role as head of department of plant protection , for which collaborations between the departments within the University  and National Center for biotechnology information was fruitful. 

Research Interests

within the varieties of scientific research , Dr.Nuria was mainly interested in her subspecialty of molecular biology and plant pathology

External Activities

I have played a major role in evaluation of postgraduates in University Of Omar AL Moktar, Faculty Of Medical-technology Misurata and Libyan Academy Of postgraduate studies.
