I graduated from the University of Tripoli - Faculty of Languages in 2007 with a very good qualification in English. I was appointed as a teaching assistant at the Languages' Center of Tripoli, 2008/2009. I joined the postgraduate program in 2010. My master's thesis was in English literature entitled (The Lady in Black), which was the first literary work ( a novel) to be approved as a master thesis in creative writing under the supervision of Professor Al-Tuhamy Al-Taher Al-Tarhouni, may God have mercy on him. I transferred to the English Department at the Faculty of Arts in 2013/2014. Since then, I have been working as a faculty member with the degree of Assistant Lecturer, the degree I obtained (03-27-2014). I devoted myself to teaching at a rate of 6 to 7 courses each semester. During that period, I was honored to teach various courses in the specialty and the English language in general for the college’s departments and others.

It also cooperated in the distance education program from 2015 to 2017,till  students were merged with regular students in the department. I worked as a quality coordinator for the department from spring 2016 to 2017. I contributed to the student activity campaign for the department until spring 2020. I was assigned the duties of heading the English Language Department, Faculty of Arts. My first work for the year 2020 is to prepare a plan for the return of students to study after the stopping  of the study because of the war in the fall of 2019 and the Corona virus in the spring of 2020.

By the grace of God, the proposal that I submitted to the Dean of the College of Arts at the time, Dr. Khaled Ghouma, was approved to adopt the e-learning system for the English Language Department, in which digital content was prepared for all major subjects and teaching channels were opened with the teaching plan for the semester and the curricula, the evaluation system and the follow-up system. It  was a team work, that succeeded it.

By the efforts of the faculty members in the department and their skills in digital interaction and their sense of responsibility towards their students, the mission had done successfully. I contribute to participating in the graduation ceremonies for the students of the department. I worked to support blended education and the return of life to classrooms. I participate in scientific seminars and courses with the Quality Office of the College, the Office of Research and Consultation, the University Forum, and others.

I was in charge of quality in the department from spring 2020 to spring 2021. I was in charge of preparing the student affairs standard in the college, accompanied by Dr. Moayad Gouma. I had the honor to present my first scientific paper as a first author and jointly with Maryam Al-Shuraidi at the Nalut Conference 15-16 / May / 2021 entitled (The Importance of Teaching Children's Short-Stories to Undergraduate Students of English literature Section in the Department of English Language at the Faculty of Arts -University of Tripoli (A case study from 2017 to 2019)

And I contributed as chair of the preparatory committee for the conference, the first section, December 20-21, 2022, tagged with (activating educational technology and smart learning and teaching environments in the university education stage). I worked with Sondos Al-Jadeed in preparing the proposal of the first conference of the Department of English.  I also participated in my second scientific paper as a first author and co-authored with a. Mariam Al-Shuraidi, in this conference entitled ( Evaluating e-Learning and e-Teaching of Composition 1 & 2 at the Department of English of the Faculty of Arts of Tripoli during Covid-19 (2020-2022.

also participated in a third paper in the conference of the same department as a second writer and the first writer a. Mariam Al-Shuraidi entitled (The Role of Observation and monitoring of E-learning at the English language DepartmentFaculty of Arts The University of Tripoli

I am now working on preparing a fourth single research paper entitled (Methods of analyzing poems and their role in teaching and learning English for students of English literature), asking God for success and the good luck

1-Got Master in English Language / English Literature in 2014.

2-Completed a four –week –full time intensive training course for experienced teachers in MELT Management with Distinction in 2012.

3-Got ICELT (In –Service Certificate in English Language Teaching) 3 modules from Cambridge University with Pass in 2009/2010.

4-Supervised TFEL test at Tripoli University 2009.

5-Completed English Language Teaching Techniques workshop sponsored by United State Embassy in 2009.

6- Got TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) from Cambridge University (ESOL Examination) with band 3 in 2008.

7-Completed The English Language Specialist Program in 2008

9-Graduated from Tripoli University /Faculty of Languages/ English Department in 2007 getting Bachelor of Arts with 77.50

10-Had Beginner courses for learning German &Spanish Languages passed with excellent in 2004- 2005.

11- Completed an online Course (Critical thinking) sponsored by Oregon University (2011)

12- Attended a session of Using technology / online Classes by an electronic system of the University during the period of covid 19- sponsored by the head supervisor of the electronic system of University of Tripoli .2021 .
