Nada has been a lecturer at the English Department, Faculty of Languages, Tripoli University since 2006.
She teaches oral practice and conversation to learners of English as a second language.
Nada has obtained a BA in English from Tripoli University, and a Master’s of Science in Human Communication Sciences from Newcastle University, UK.
Careers
From 1994 till 2000, Nada has worked as a TA in the English language department, Faculty of Languages, Tripoli University. She aided faculty members in preparing syllabuses, correcting exam papers and invigilation during exams. She also taught oral practice to first and second year students, composition and comprehension.
Research Interests
Nada has been classified as an active researcher where several of her articles have been published, including one in the Journal of the Faculty of Languages.

External Activities
Nada has taught all levels of General English, focusing on listening and speaking skills to mature students (TAs, university staff members, government employees, etc.) at The National Centre for Modern Languages, Tripoli University. The students range from beginners to advanced levels.
She has also worked at the Libyan Jordanian Center for Hearing Care & Speech and Language Therapy.
She assesses, diagnoses and provides speech therapy to children and adults with a variety of disorders and impairments such as ASD and Asperger’s Syndrome, Down’s syndrome, hearing impairments, strokes, stammering, etc. (adult and pediatrics).
She is currently the owner and manager of Qurtas Center which specializes in language courses and speech and language therapy.
