Roles

Najwa Abdulhafeez Jroush, a researcher and faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Languages (formerly). Since appointment, she has undertaken a broad range of academic and administrative responsibilities, including:

o   Working in the Studying and Examinations Unit (2014) and contributing to the preparation of transfer records.

o   Serving in the Results Unit, where paper-based results were converted to electronic form to enhance documentation accuracy and data retrieval speed.

o   Handling graduation certificate cards within the Alumni Unit, meeting precise organizational and administrative requirements.

o   Contributing at the Faculty’s Studies and Examinations Office and later assisting the Control Committee during mid-term and final examinations.

o   Being appointed as Assistant to the Director of Graduate Studies in 2022, with responsibilities including extracting grade transcripts, preparing procedures for forming examination committees, and monitoring the registration of research plans and archiving.

o   Advancing from teaching assistant to faculty member and teaching General English for postgraduate students at the MA and PhD levels across all academic levels.
