Mr. Muhammad Masoud Shallouf has been a lecturer since 2005, and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization.1- Teaching assistant in the department, then a faculty member in the Department of Education and Psychology, in 1977.2- Head of the Psychology Education Department in 2007-2009.3- Member of the Scientific Committee of the Department of Education and Psychology, 2010.4- Deputy graduate studies coordinator in the Department of Psychological Education in 2013.​

Among his interests: research and studies related to mental health and psychological counseling, childhood psychology, and human behavior modification.

- Among the contributions outside the university: Membership of the Scientific Committee of the First Scientific Conference on Teachers and Contemporary Challenges, Member of the Studies and Research Committee of the General Center for Training the Distinguished, Member of the Board of the Journal of Psychological and Educational Studies in Ouargla, Algeria, Member of the Scientific Committee of the Rapporteur at the Center for Curriculum and Research in the Secretariat of Education previously, and Member of the Committee. Scientific conference to study the phenomenon of academic dropout at the National Economic Council, member of the scientific conference of the National Education Conference at the Ministry of Education and Public Education 2012, head of the scientific research follow-up committee at the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, member of the scientific conference of the Higher National Conference and the event of 2014, and member of the scientific committee for the problem from the Ministry of Higher Education. Scientific clarity for comparison in selecting deans of the faculties of arts and education in Libya and the Academy of Graduate Studies, and a member of the scientific committee of the Ministry of Higher Scientific Education to develop curricula for faculties of education in Libyan universities, and a resident of the Algerian scientific journals platform .
