1- Studied and is teaching the Bachelor's degree: the contemporary history of Libya, the modern history of Asia, the history of the modern Arab East - Research methods (A, B) - Methods of interpreting history - the Arab Islamic civilization - the history of the modern Maghreb.

2- Studied and is teaching at the postgraduate level: topics in the history of modern and contemporary Arabs for the master's degree - Advanced research methods - Contemporary issues – A seminar for the doctorate degree.

3- At the Master's and doctoral level supervised ten theses and dissertations in the field of major; discussed fifteen theses and dissertations in the field of major.

4- Head of the History Department, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, 2013;

5- Graduate Studies Coordinator, Department of History, and member of the Postgraduate Studies Committee, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, 2017-2019 .

6- Supervisor and editor of the General History of Libya book for the university level 2023;

7- Chairman of the Academic Committee of the first historical conference at Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli 2023;

Careers

1- Appointed in the education sector on 25-10-1980;

2- Transferred to the Libyan Jihad Center for Historical Studies and appointed to the position of a historical researcher in 1985;

3- Transferred from the Libyan Jihad Center for Historical Studies to University of Tripoli, Faculty of Arts, and appointed as an Assistant Lecturer on 10-6-2001;

4- Promoted to lecturer on 26-6-2001;

5- Promoted to Assistant Professor on 15-6-2008;

6- Promoted to Associate Professor on 15-6-2012;

7- Promoted to Professor on 24-4-2016;

8- Promoted to the 15th pay grade on 24-4-2021;

Research Interests

1- Authored and prepared tirtheen books in the field of major;

2- Published tirtheen articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals;

1- Researcher at the Libyan Jihad Center for Historical Studies, 1985-2000;
