Dr. Abdul Khaliq Mohamed Ezz El-Din Mohamed Al-Gharyani is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Arts, Department of Islamic Studies, born in 1963.Through his work in the department as a lecturer, Dr. Abdul Khalek teaches some Islamic subjects within the department, in addition to supervising graduation projects and scientific theses.

Careers

Dr. Abdul Khalek was interested in Sharia sciences at an early age, where he memorized the Holy Quran, and he received the preparatory and secondary degree from the Malik Ben Anas Religious Institute in Tripoli, in 1982, then a bachelor's degree in Islamic sciences from the University of Tripoli, in 1986, then a master's degree from the University of Tripoli in 1999, then began his work as a faculty member in the Department of Islamic Studies in 2004, then joined the University of Al-Zaytouna in Tunisia, where he obtained his doctorate degree in 2012, and was included in the scientific promotions from a lecturer in 2013, then a head of the Department of Islamic Studies in 2015, then an assistant professor, 2017, then an associate professor in 2021.

Research Interests

One of the most important areas of research for Dr. Abdul Khaleq is jurisprudence and its origins, and he has many literature and research in this field, including:

- A book in the rituals of Hajj and Umrah - Investigation of part of the sub-abbreviation of the collective of mothers for Ibn al-Hajib

- Achieving the book of guidance of the saleker in need of a statement of the actions of Al-Mu'tamr and the pilgrim to Sheikh Yahya bin Mohammed Al-Hattab T. 993 AH

- And he has many researches, including:-

- The believers are brothers, how to visit and the manners of peace be upon him, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him), the ruling of begging, the ruling on celebrating the Prophet's birth, reading the Qur'an and taking the wage on it, the sovereignty of the Messenger of God, the latest Hajj: the pilgrimage of the Altiment, the circumambulation of the menstruating.

External Activities

In addition to his work as a faculty member, Dr. Abdul Khalek works as a member of the Sharia Committee, and then as its chairman at the Libyan Islamic Bank.
