Roles

The position of study and examination coordinator in the Department of Sociology in the period between 2010-2012, in addition to the position of activity coordinator at the college level in the period between 2010-2012. Member of  Al-Manara Social Research Journal, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published periodically on public affairs for social affairs. , “2009-2011” Department Coordinator for Quality in Sociology from 2019/2023. And one of the members of the Quality Team at the College of Arts.

Careers

I have worked as the Head of the Social Service Department at the General Administration for Relations and International Cooperation for more than 7 years.- A faculty member at the Faculty of Arts / University of Tripoli / Sociology Department since 2008, at the rank of Assistant Lecturer.- Served as the Study and Examination Coordinator in the Sociology Department.- I have also been the General Activities Coordinator at the Faculty of Arts.- I obtained the Lecturer degree in 2018.

Research Interests

The research covered several areas of social care, such as childhood, the relationship between crime and drugs, autism spectrum disorder, and the elderly, within various seminars and scientific conferences. Additionally, some studies were published in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Al-Manara Journal, Humanities Research Journal, and University Journal.

External Activities

Member of the Media Committee of the Traffic Accidents Seminar held between 6-7/5/2007 supervised by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation at the Ministry of Interior.Attended a program on Statistical Analysis System for Scientific Experiments (SPSS) during the period of 14/11/2016.Attended a course titled "Scientific Publishing for Faculty Members in International Scientific Journals: Modern Principles for Writing and Publishing Scientific Research Internationally" during the period of 29/9/2015-28 in Egypt.Participated in a workshop titled "Advanced Research Skills in the Digital Environment" during the period of 17/9/2015.Attended the training course "Tools of Renewal in the Humanities and Social Sciences" from 25-29/10/2021 in Tunisia at the "Research Institute on Contemporary Maghreb" as part of the activities of the "Young Research in Humanities and Social Sciences: A Tool for Development in Libya" program.Collaborated with the National Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism Children.Participated in a workshop titled "Social and Psychological Effects of Disability Resulting from Road Accidents" held by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation at the Ministry of Interior on 14/2/2021.Presented a research paper titled "Social Stigmatization of Drug Users" at the First International Conference on the Consequences of Drugs and Psychotropic Substances on Families and Human Communities under the theme "Confronting Drugs as a Solidarity Responsibility" during the period from 9-18/11/2021 in Tripoli.
