*Professor Enas Khalil* is a faculty member in the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Arts, Tripoli. She has been working as a professor at the University of Tripoli since January 4, 2022, and has numerous scientific publications in her field of specialization.In addition to her role as a faculty member in the Department of Social Work:- She served as the Coordinator of Field Training in the department from 2003 to 2013.- She worked as the Coordinator of Graduation Projects in the department from 2003 to 2008.- She served as the Coordinator of Studies and Examinations in the Department of Tourism Studies at the Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, from 2007 to 2008.Courses she has taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels:- Underdevelopment and Development- Organizational Behavior- Casework- Group Work- Fields of Social Work- Social Problems- Social Welfare- Theoretical Field Training- Social Work in Education, Family, Policy, and Development- Community Organization Method
