Careers

Career progression:

1. I graduated as a salutatorian with distinction in my undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor's degree in languages.

2. I joined the Languages Faculty at the university as a teaching assistant, where I performed various administrative tasks to support the educational and academic processes in the faculty.

3. I decided to continue my higher education and applied to the Master's program in Applied Linguistics.

4. I was accepted into the Master's program in Applied Linguistics and started working towards completing the degree.

5. After obtaining the Master's degree, I was appointed as a lecturer assistant at the university, where I teach subjects related to Applied Linguistics and assist students in their academic development.

Research Interests

The research interests of a faculty member in Applied Linguistics, specifically in teaching methodologies and curricula for second language learning, are as follows:

1. Second language teaching and learning: The member is interested in studying the process of second language learning and developing effective curricula to enhance this process.

2. Curriculum development: The member focuses on developing innovative and effective instructional curricula for second language learning, with an emphasis on using innovative teaching methods and modern techniques.

3. Discourse analysis and linguistic communication: The member studies discourse analysis and linguistic communication in the context of second language learning, and is interested in understanding how linguistic and social factors impact the process of learning and teaching.
