Roles
I am proud to be the Head of the Interior Design Department and a lecturer in the subjects of “Design Fundamentals” and “Material Techniques and Technical Terminology.” In my role as an academic, I believe that education is the key to shaping a new generation of creative designers, and I strive to equip my students with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in this field.
As the Head of the Department, I am dedicated to developing the curriculum to ensure that it aligns with the latest trends and technologies in interior design. I believe in the importance of updating academic content to enhance the learning experience, which is why I work on integrating theoretical concepts with practical applications, allowing students to understand how to apply what they learn in real-world work environments.
As a lecturer in Design Fundamentals, I focus on enhancing students' creative thinking skills and developing innovative design ideas. I help them explore the fundamentals that form any successful design project. Additionally, in the “Material Techniques and Technical Terminology” course, I emphasize the importance of material selection and how to use materials in ways that meet the needs of various projects.
Effective communication with students is an important part of my teaching strategy. I believe that ongoing interaction creates a high-quality learning environment, as well as me being available to support my students and respond to their inquiries, which boosts their confidence in their abilities.
I also work on building partnerships with institutions and companies in the design field, as I strive to create training opportunities that help students apply what they have learned in the classroom.
I am committed to providing an outstanding education that contributes to preparing a generation of designers capable of innovation and creativity, thereby enhancing the Interior Design Department’s ability to offer a strong vision and bright future in this field.

Research Interests
My research interests primarily focus on the field of interior design, where I seek to explore how to integrate theoretical perspectives with practical applications to enhance the architectural environment. I am concerned with studying the impact of design on user well-being and how to improve interior spaces to meet individuals' psychological and physical needs.
One of my main research areas is the use of sustainable materials and technological innovations in interior design. I investigate how to employ new technologies and environmentally friendly materials to improve design quality and reduce environmental impact by applying sustainable design principles. I believe that innovation in material usage can enhance the visual and functional experience of interior spaces.
Additionally, I conduct research on topics such as commercial and experiential space design, where I study how architectural designs can influence consumer behavior and user experience. I also explore how to employ colors and lighting in space design to support desired atmospheres and enhance creativity.
Moreover, I have a special interest in studying the psychological effects of interior spaces on individuals, including how to design environments that stimulate creativity and focus. I investigate the relationship between design, emotions, and psychological well-being, and how designers can use this knowledge to rejuvenate and develop both public and private spaces.
I work on disseminating my research findings by participating in academic conferences and writing articles for specialized journals, aiming to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues and students in the field. My continuous interest in learning and new methods helps me stay at the forefront of developments in interior design and drives me to make a positive impact in the academic community and professional practices.
External Activities
My extracurricular activities include a range of events that contribute to enhancing my expertise and knowledge in the field of interior design through interaction with the academic community and practitioners in this field. I regularly participate in scientific and professional conferences, where I exchange ideas and research with colleagues from various universities and institutions. These conferences provide me with the opportunity to present my research findings and engage in discussions about the latest trends and innovations in design, which helps me develop my vision and conceptualization for future projects.
Additionally, I engage in training workshops that focus on sustainable design techniques and the use of eco-friendly materials. Through these workshops, I learn about new strategies that can be applied in real projects, enhancing my practical skills and encouraging innovation in design.
There are also activities related to community awareness, where I organize lectures and seminars to educate the public about the importance of interior design and its impact on psychological well-being. Through these activities, I contribute to raising awareness about living and working environments and their effects on individuals.
Moreover, I participate in collaborative projects with educational institutes and design firms, where we work together on research and development projects aimed at improving public and private spaces. This collaboration helps me build a strong professional network and share the necessary knowledge to enhance work within the community.
In summary, my extracurricular activities contribute to enhancing my knowledge and professional development, helping me achieve my academic and professional goals and enabling me to make a positive impact in the field of interior design and the community at large.
